This game is incredible at making you feel exactly how it's supposed to make you feel. Especially the sound design is phenomenal! It's too bad fullscreen doesn't work for me, but that could just be me and my old OS/browser version. Also some bugs that mess with the graphics (making you crash into an invisible obstacle) or make a broken no-obstacle run, most often on medium difficulty. Definitely 5/5 if bugs get fixed.

Easy badge took 3.5 minutes. Medium badge took 7 minutes. Hard badge took 42 minutes. Those are total times, not starting from the last one. I've played games where an easy badge took HOURS and those happened to be BOTD.

@croidin: my score wasn't being registered and it wouldn't give me the badge, but it is working now. Try to refresh the game. If it doesn't work, then take a screenshot and submit a request. Good luck!

Fasted speed: 155.... but... i'm running at 500+ speeds now? (Even managed 870 and a bit once)... when is the achievement counted?

BUG? After I turned back twice times, there is no obstacle in front of me, thus I effortlessly reached the speed of 1000.

I got all 3 badges on Jan 28, 2012, so 11 years ago for me. I wish though I didn't have to start from the base speed for all new players though every time the game server resets people's progress...

well, when game goes faster than my GPU, it becomes really easy to get the hard badge. i'll need to cool it down now...

omg experienced a glitch at ~850 speed on hard mode and just zoomed through black holes with no obstacles until I passed 1000 and got the hard badge I'M SO SORRY PREVIOUS RANK 1 PERSON i stole your place through cheating :(

Also, for people just going for the badge - you can increase your starting speed after you reach each 100 mark, so you only actually have to go 100 at a time to get there, you don't have to go from 0 to 800.

OK what the hell is up with the blue hallways that have no obstacles but just kill you half the time even if you're in the center. Is it just bugged?

I like how the BOTD is the medium badge. It doesn't even take that much longer than the easy badge to get, but it gives 3 times the points.

Me at 100: Whee... I think?
Me at 500: This is where the fun begins.
Me at 800: Aaaaaah!
Great game, very well designed and fun to play

Accelerate, at a constant rate, going ever faster..... Accelerate, at a constant rate, the increase of, velocity, as the number of units traversed per unit of time increas-es..... Accelerate at a constant rate, there may be higher derivatives of position.

When I got the hard badge there was a glitch where literally everything disappeared and I just kept going. I mean uhhh... wooo I am so skilled. Look at my hard badge :D

I just got 998, and I'm dying inside. 90% of hitting 1000 for the hard badge is luck. Stay toward the center of the tunnel so you can transition between instances more easily. When you hit the turns, hit them harder than you think you can.

Press esc to toggle your cursor, it's also your hitbox. In the early stages of the game practice flying close to the edges of the tunnel. Go to options and change the sensitivity to 11 and try to get used to it, scale back to 4 or 5 once handling 800 speed is easy, this will . Practice swinging from one edge of the tunnel to the other, when you get 5+ bending tunnels in a row it will help. Pick which bend you are going to take and move to the outside edge to be able to see what's coming and give yourself some extra milliseconds to plan your moves. If you aren't peeking to see what's around the next bend then you're going to be surprised by the next obstacle. Think of it like being back in easy game mode and purposefully choosing rooms with neverending moving blocks.

Going back a stage or two to reorient yourself if I failed harder stages consistently shook off my anxiety. Progressing quickly and relying on adrenaline to guide my movements lead to sweaty palms which made moving my mouse quickly impossible. Calm down and study how quickly the the bends take you accelerate. Aim for the centre of the obstacles open area until you know it's spin. The Lord Farquad sliding blocks take too long to move but once you spot the direction of movement aim for the square that is being left behind. At higher speeds when rapidly changing directions in the bending tunnels the spinning circles are a trap, the middle circle gives me tunnel vision. If you also get that I started looking at what was coming up afterwards and chose one of the 4 diamonds.

It's been 11 years since I last played this game. I found that letting myself go a bit cross eyed, cocking my head right and letting my minds eye wander to the top left area, and working the "tubes" as much clockwise as possible helped. I cant catch flow as well as I used to, a lot of progress depends on RNG luck to give long straightaways with only two or three obstacles and the easy tunnels that just shrink without bending.

Everything above 700 is luck because of all these glitches. Having fixed courses instead of auto generated ones may be the route for accelerator 2

I love the idea of the game, but the execution isn't quite what I wish because this game lags out, glitches heavily (especially on hard), and whoops you went through and invisible wall and hit a cylinder wall from the outside.
Still, reminds me a lot of a few mobiles games I used to play years ago, with the hectic twisting and turning and dodging.
