Great game. Y'know what would make this game even greater? Not going through a divorce. Other than that, it would be splendid if there was a day/night cycle, seeing as how your art is just amazing. Add in a few nocturnal creeps, and it'll be perfect.
The farmer already farms and the miner already mines, albeit slowly. And I'm considering having familiars (like the dragon) help you with attacking monsters - but I could definitely expand upon this.

Fun because the simplicity makes for a nice fast pace! Okay by me if the boars lay eggs; this game might become tedious if I had to run around collecting all the different kinds of farm animals. Since the creators are soliciting suggestions, I have two ideas. Could we build a lift for the mine, so it would be easier to get in and out of deep areas? Also, could we attack with a different key from the rest of the interactions, as enemy interactions often overlap with other interactions. With a different key, we could easily choose whether to fight or rest in the hut, for example.
I'm glad you liked the game! Lifts are planned for the second island, once you have power. I have been considering whether to add a rope ladder or some low tech way to move up faster, but you can get to the second island pretty quickly if you want, I feel like a lot of the people who want lifts in the first island are clearing it out because they have nothing else to do in game once they make the boat.
I am changing surface structures to use UP to enter - as you can't go up there anyways. There's a lot less overlap for underground structures anyways. Equipping weapons can be useful for always attacking with Z (and never accessing structures or talking to NPCs) until you unequip. That should help with the controls confusion - I tried to keep the number of controls to a minimal, but it ended up causing a lot of problems :P.

I really enjoyed this game. There's a decent but not overwhelming number of things to craft, and infinite storage is always great. The one thing I really hated was having one command do all the interactions, because things to interact with could be layered three deep. So I was constantly entering buildings when I meant to kill the animal or talk to the person in front of it.
I'm changing surface buildings to be enter-able using the up key instead of Z to alleviate that a little. Also, equipping weapons will force Z to always attack with that weapon until it's unequipped, which keeps you from accidentally talking to NPCs or performing and action you don't want to while fighting.

Those deep earth creatures are really hard to kill, They also destroy traps. I was hoping I could catch one, but nope. I did get a critical hit on it from behind, but to flee and get back behind it is tough. I guess that's how to get the dragon blood. Anyway, I built a ship, and that was the end of the game. Oh. Ok. Just abandoned all my friends. Didn't even say good bye. I am a heartless bastard. In the game, also.

Nooooooooooooooooooooo!
I wanted it to continue I really wanted it to go to another island instead of ending it there

What a nice game with great potential ! I finished it with all the achivement, there is just one little thing about the baby dragon, anyone found how to feed it ? It seems like steaks don't work and we can't give pigs, so i guess it will be in another update ?

In 1972, the famous video game Pong was released and quickly became the first popular arcade game. A simple game based on ping-pong with archaic graphic design and controls. Thirty-nine years later we have gone from Pong to elaborate Hollywood style games that are based around narrative like Call of Duty or Metal Gear Solid. Video games have come from simply being games to becoming what some argue is a new medium for narrative that can tell a story uniquely and completely unlike film and literature.
Now Pong included no narrative, but other early video games did. Mario Bros. tells the story of an Italian plumber who must travel through a magical kingdom to defeat a dragon-like turtle who has captured his love, the princess. A very shallow fairy tell that is only used as a back-drop for the icon of video games. The classic game Space Invaders tells its narrative by the title and game play alone.

My first save is gone even though I slept at the hut many many times and I'm 100% sure it was not an incognito browser window and I didn't clear anything from my browser.

Well, the end disapointed me. Save is called "starting island" but there are no other island I can explore. Shame on you!

This was surprisingly a very well-made game, my only qualm was that it was simply too easy to skip over iron gear to just make steel and at the point nothing stood a chance. Great game.

Great Game. Some Notes:
Please remove the "Feed" option from cocoons, since you don't need to feed them anything. Not sure about baby dragons. I've seen no change after 50 steaks. Maybe feed live pigs to them? - Iron Items are not worth it, maybe make the steel items more expensive and powerful so that there is a progression. Right now you just skip iron altogether. - My go to foods were Pie + Hamburger, no need to craft higher tier food. - No clue what the endurance potion does. - Speed potion is totally worth it. - It would be nice if the other npcs pick up alle produce of the farm, not just the first wheat slot. - A different button for attack/kill and interact would be great. - Not sure what quartz and diamonds are fore, but I'm keeping them for now.
Yeah, I'm fixing the feeding option/menu, as it was confusing people (especially since it doesn't tell you what they eat). Baby dragons also don't grow (yet), but they will. I will add live pigs to the feeding option though, and I am making it so you can craft iron tools earlier as a good intermediary until you get steel. Endurance potion I need to make a little clearer - it lowers stamina cost for movement, and I think I will have the farmer be more efficient at harvesting so it's not just the first wheat slot. I was considering making the up key enter buildings on the surface since you can't go up higher (but underground buildings would still need to be Z).

when you come across the THIEF in the game, accept his offer. if you don't, you will not get to build a market or continue with new quests.
this happened to me and i started a new game

Love the game!, only problem i found: I can't seem to find ANY other wyrm after the first one. And believe me, I really look around.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Having 1 button for pretty much all interaction is quite frustrating. I keep finding myself either trying to attack something and instead chopping a tree or trying to rest in the hut and attacking a boar (and dying).

No! Don't be over! give me more!
Seriously though, I love this game. My only complaint is that it ends. Maybe add more islands that you can link together and get new resources from?

what do you feed the cacoon? there is an option to feed it. I tried feeding it everything, literally. I even tried to feed it live pigs and dragon blood. Please fix this.

As a few of you have noticed, the wyrm pens were broken again in the last update (not growing wyrm blood or hatching cocoons). I just posted a hotfix for this, enjoy!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
.Great game so far but the developers should really fix the wyrm pen. They should enhance it in a way that you can put more wyrms in it and should fix the problem that is stated by sirwoofy

This game was really fun to play! I reccomend you to add a second game, with more features perhaps with the ones on the update notes?
I reccommend adding (Sorry if im repeating some):
-More people
-Tech
-More monsters
-More islands to visit by boat
-Mote Mysteries - I liked the theif Mystery!

Okay, so i tried to feed cocoon with pretty much everything i believe. Every kind of food from the kitchen, dragonblood, even another living wyrm and diamonds. It wouldn't take anything. TELL ME YOUR SECRET.
