OMFG It took me 15mins to realize this wasn't a tower defence game... The ship moves.. Serious that tutorial was horrible, one of my guns only fires in one direction and I have no idea how to change it.

I enjoyed it! The message behind the game is fantastic, and the game is a good way to talk about it without being too in-your-face. Good job!

As soon as I bought the heartrate final upgrade and didn't see anything all I could think was what have I done? I know it is gonna come some day.

no more jumpscares cause it's completely pointless and jumpscares died anyway because of FNAF (even though I like FNAF)

I saw this in the morning and couldn't wait to play it because I liked it's predecessors. Wow, am I disappointed. There is zero creativity in the weapons, and very little in the enemies. I take zero damage from everything. Lightning weapon is absurdly overpowered, making any other ship upgrade useless (seeing how I can just sit there and do nothing) aside from the coin magnet which even that is debatable. The character talking is very obnoxious, especially at the last upgrade. The upgrade complete logo is fine the first time, but it lingers on the screen WAY too long. I was actually playing another game in a second window waiting for the waves to be over with. A good overall series but you'd have to be trying hard to make 4 worse than this. I would recommend returning to the shooter genre like the first game.

I loved the intro to the game, but it was too easy to finish. Not much of a challenge nor any new stuff from previous Upgrade Complete games. 3/5

I feel like this concept has pretty much run it's course. The thing that made upgrade complete good was it's novelty value, after 2 sequels thats pretty much gone. What you're left with is mediocre gameplay, attempts at metahumor that we've seen before and some commentary on freemium games that wasn't executed all that well.
If you're ever going to make another one you'll have to give it actually good gameplay or completely overhaul the concept to make it feel new again.

This game is so damn easy. Just one lightning rod and a magnet gave me enough to get through the first few waves and I only had to sit still. 3 upgraded magnets pull in all the cash and a few more lightning rods = easiest idle game ever. I am letting the game play itself as I type this message. This was such a letdown, the other games were at least fun.

Last two were absolutely wonderful, but this... I don't even... look, I mean no disrespect to the developer, but I just really missed the previous formats.

This metagame contained a message that many of my Kongpatriots missed: microtransactions are killing our gaming experience. The tongue-in-cheek humor of this game was tops, as was the anti-MT message. The clipping at the end was superb and made me laugh out loud. The game was okay, but the music, frenetic nature of the gameplay, and the title as "LEAST AERODYNAMIC SHIP IN THE MILKY WAY!" made it worth a playthrough. Congrats, dev. Your sense of humor deserves 5 stars.

Doesn't bring anything new to the table that upgrade complete 1 and 2 didn't already explore. Upgrading to make the ads go away was kind of funny, but the description lead me to believe that I would have clashed more with the mysterious corporation and their pay to win system. I had hoped it might even be a commentary on pay to win games, which would have been cool to see. I hoped too much, and was let down. Glad that at least the dev for this one isn't the same person as the dev behind 1 and 2.
Actually, it *is* the same developer. Tony Lavelle created this game and we're talking directly to him. He's the one who uploaded it. So please don't downrate it for that!

Buy all slots, fill said slots with laser cannons and upgrade lasers to max level. Launch wave and put the reticule on yourself. Eat the rainbow.
