A bit weaker, this one. The previous two episodes had suspense; this one sometimes gave the impression it was trying too hard to be scary. Still fascinating, though. Also, did I miss something or are the little subplots irrelevant to the main plot, and not explored adequately? (It may very well be I *am* missing something...)

the laughing in the 2nd floor hallway seems nigh constant, which reduces it from creepy to just sort of cheesy and vaguely annoying.

You WOULD have to continue making more games!! Now I have to go through being all creeped out and scared and jumpy! You're just lucky they're good games... Time to turn off the lights and play!

Yes I discover the code.... first look for the wind, next the crowns, the sea and finally the silence.... it´s much easier now!!!

Can anyone say if it is possible to find the girl after she disappears from the room to "hide"? If it is, where can I find her?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Cool game, but the fog thing...so annoying. Wasted a lot of time trying to solve before realizing you had to do it at the end....You should block it until you can actually solve it

I have really enjoyed the earlier "Last Door" episodes and like the retro look of the graphics. For this episode, though, I found it fairly challenging to clearly identify the details in the environment -- the retro effect seemed *too* boxy. I tried both full screen and regular and there was no change, and . Any suggestions on how to improve the visuals?

This is the first game that I played without a badge reward. I love this serie and I can't wait for the next chapter!

Click once on keyhole. Locked. Clicked on window. Hears creepy noises. Sees that you can inspect the door again. Braces for impact. Clicks... Didn't brace hard enough. Spills water everywhere.

oh yes, let's look through the key hole. What's that... a creepy eye? OH YES! let's go in the door. (I must go change my pants now)

I really love the series, I bought this chapter on their website after I played 1 and 2 here. I just bought chapter 4 and it's really incredible. Too bad it's too short, but the story telling is excellent. The music: awesome! I can't wait for the season 2 chapters!

The game was easy but it just was too scary for me to do it alone so I took a guide the puzzles are nice and logical but damn.. creepy and scary.. the fog puzzle is no problem with 2 I had the impression I had to do the fog puzzle from the beggining.. that lady is misleading she says to follow the crows..so I did.. wasted like 10 minutes trying to do the fog puzzle.

pretty good, the eye behind the keyhole nearly made me fall off my seat. I do like this series and wait for the next with anticipation. the fog bit was the only thing that i didnt like as it near impossible until you realise you can give text descriptions of the sounds.

@TheHighscore, they give you a map. It's not actually a right definition of it, but if you read it and go in the fog, I think you might understand.

Why does everybody gives this chapter one star rating? Just because of fog puzzle? If you are dumb, and can't solve it, it's your own problem. I really enjoyed this chapter, the atmosphere of these dull, haunting streets is amazing! Not to mention interesting characters, and unpredictable ending, which only makes you to think what will happen next? It's like a mini interactive movie.

so the next chapter is june... here is the schedule:
Chapter 1: Jun. 28, 2013
Chapter 2: Oct. 18, 2013
Chapter 3: Feb. 19, 2014
See, a skip count of four months, so the next chapter is probably in june.

sorry only one star as the fog puzzle is not funny at all. No matte rif I turn on sound or that I can see the sound it isn´t working.

Damn you. I've been waiting for this and now it's late at night. I wanted to have a good sleep, but you had to make an amazing horror game. Damn you.

Press 2 to activate Captioned Sounds. Sounds will show as follows (speaker face left: Sound type :Speaker face right) If you see just face left, its to your left. If just face right, its to your right. If both then its "surround" or "next" to you. use this if you cant use sound. + So others see this

So, creepy violinist, you want me to go into a mausoleum and put this violin next to the corpse of the girl you're obsessed with? Sure, why not.

It is a FANTASTIC triumph, when a designer can become so artistic and POEtic that he can make a pixelated game eerie and horrific. Bravo. Bravo.
