I'm not sure if this is a bug or something, but for the water tentacle boss, I could hide in his mouth and shoot my wand out at any tentacle that appears directly in front of me.

Fun game to pass the time. Thoroughly enjoyed the timing aspect to the last dungeon. Glad to be one of the first 500 to earn the hard badge.

I am awfully confused. I am apparently missing ONE chest. Is there a place I can look up chest locations. I swear I have combed the map and dungeons.

The problem is the guy doesent actualy know the creatures are there so when he gets in tehre is no way out and its trying to kill him then he turns out like some sort of vilian.

Three *s instead of four, solely for the infuriating timing-based levels toward the end. I play these kinds of games to get AWAY from twitch-based reflex-intensive games that make me want to throw the computer at the wall after the first two dozen restarts; if your game is going to have these components, bloody LABEL it an ACTION game.

I was able to play and finish it before the badge was added to the game. After the badge came, I wanted to enter the game to get the badge again, but I get stuck at the load screen. The refresh doesnt help.

Well I loved the game except for when you had to run faster than the lava.... My game was glitch the lava never came back -.- Had to restart... but other than that I really liked the game because its old fashioned and not to complicated ~Izooko

Bug: If you collect the four stones in the tower then drop into one of the pits to reach the basement, rather than take the stairs, you're trapped in a side-room with no way of escape other than to restart the game (refreshing keeps you in the room).
There are five pieces. What happened that you managed to get trapped? The side rooms are open until you collect all five pieces, unless something happened that you managed to trigger the boss before you got the pieces?

I personally would have prefered a style of play that allows you to win the game without using the sword, and thus, without killing any of the relic guardians. This, if it were made like that, have unlocked a secret ending, perhaps pertaining to Goreback and Sardol. Oh well, the game was great even without this. 4/5 due to collection quest, which is a personal peeve of mine.

got both ending's :D you should make other games like this -those who are stuck with the shield spire just get up close and he wl try to attack you then strike him >:D-
Well, honestly, because I don't think it would be worth it. People don't have enough patience with flash games (in 99% of cases) to change the default settings, even when it frustrates them; they're much more prone to just quitting. Also, as a designer, it feels more like I'm simply denying responsibility by letting the player choose. I'm just making it the player's problem to make sure that the game is playing correctly, and that shouldn't be their responsibility. Also, I'd never had anyone tell me that it made the game unplayable, so it seemed like a minor issue.
Sorry about this. I put it up to a vote on my facebook page during development for which brightness settings were best--the one that got the most votes, by a relatively large margin, was actually even darker than this. From what I've seen, it's primarily just a difference in brightness settings on people's computers, and the lighting in the game works for standard brightness settings, but not for everyone.

@GRANDE_R0J0 The Lacaste Dungeon is not possible to complete without collecting the treasures inside it, so calm down. You may have missed some other treasure chest.

Please fix the Lacaste Dungeon entrance! I completed it but forgot the treasure and now I am only missing one piece and its stuck in the dungeon! I'm sure of this because I've played through every single other dungeon 3+ times checking for things I missed and did about 5 marathons around the map

it's just with me or the inventory isn't opening? i press either "V" or "I" but none of them open it....not even the other Keys....

Was nostalgic for me, reminiscent of the original Zelda. You didn't really get pointed in the right direction. Can't remember if it had a map or not. I don't feel like this game needs one, just something to indicate WHERE you can advance the map to the next area, personally.

It's 2012....why the hell can't dev's add WASD support!! Seriously..there's so many games I can;t do anything with lately since my arrow keys are broken. It seems like a good game..but once I can't play it.

had no problem playing the first time around, but for some reason the loading keeps stopping at 99% and won't let me play!

Wow... Just wow... This game is... INCREDIBLE!! Major props. Lots of effort must've gone into this, and I love some of the smaller things, like how the Watcher watches me, and give me that, "Hey, sorry I had to kill that creature, I'm just serving the oracle," dark, feeling. Loved it 6/5
