i've found with the lifts/elevators that if you have a long shaft (lol) theres only one lift doing all the floors whereas if you only have shafts working on about 5 floors max with the 5th floor sharing the floor with an elevator from higher up they work much quicker and people dont complain

good game but needs A LOT of fine tuning :/ the elevator system is a pain, you end up needing several receptions, the customers have ridiculous demands, after each star you end up having to spend 2x as much money as you need to have to get it and the staff is stupid to the point of retardation :/ 3/5

I know how to fix the elevators issues. You have to build shorter elevators instead of 49-height-elevators. I have 31-big-elevators. Each one open only 11 floors. Ex:1-11, 11-21, 21-31, 31-41, 41-49. I have 200 standard rooms, 100 suits, 50 president rooms and others facilities. My reputation is always around 900!!

I actually really loved this game! It reminds me of Corporation Inc. They're very similiar! Everything was good about this game, but two things. One, it needs upgrades, like rooms, and elevators, and even workers. Two, there is a frickin glitch with the elevators! I had a 5-star hotel! Half my hotel was elevators and what do the people say on the comments? "NEEDS MORE ELEVATORS!" Otherwise, it was a great game.

I made a half-and-half elevator, one elevator from bottom to middle, and one above it from middle to top. It helped solve the 'elevator' problem.

i belive that the problem lies in too long elevator shafts so i can only suggest organizing them(1-9fl 9-18fl and so on)

I fixed the elevator problem by running elevator shafts only eight floors. On every eigth floor I started a new shaft. Max height w/ 870 rating

first of all the building is half elevators yet they are demanding more, WTF? and second it would be sooooo much better if when u click off screen to go to another tab to check ur email or facebook and the game doesnt automatically pause so that way i can just do another thing while the money goes up instead of just w8ing

Blargh, it edited out my newlines.... For those with elevator troubles, make the first column, 3 elevator shafts follow by a gap, all the way up, with the same thing in the adjacent column, just starting from the 3rd floor.
Only downside is the cost. Minimizes wait times though.

For everyone struggling with massive amounts of elevators, a two column alternating stack of 3 floor shafts will decrease waiting time to its minimum. The only downside is the cost of this procedure. Here is a diagram for those that are unclear. | is a shaft, [] is a single room

Those elevators could be dedicated to only certain floors. Stopping in every floor limits how high the building can be.

Everybody LOVES you, then you scrap together all the money you have to finally build a room, and every single person rushes to it and complains about the queue. your rating plummets just because you could not afford 3 more of that room...

It's really annoying how the game automatically pauses when you click outside of it. Sometimes I just want to let my game go so I can accumulate some money, and so I want to do other things besides stare at my hotel on 4x speed for forever. But I can't.

cant get past 2012 or so. I always go down becuae fo nto enough elevators or the cost of room maintenece is way more than total room profit, consistently.

for the people annoyed about the elevators, there is a simple solution. Build 2 elevators and take them up 5-10 floors, then build an elevator on that floor and take it up 5-10 floors. keep repeating this and you always have enough. Throw in a staff elevator too and you'll never have trouble.

desperately need to add elevator upgrades. Ive got 72 rooms 3 capacious elevators and 2 staff elevators and it's not enough. thats just silly people dont spend that much time on the elevator

Yeah elevators are a bit excessive, at first it seemed moving entertainment to the bottom floors was helping; but now I have a building 15w X 50h and 9 spaces wide are high capacity, that's more than 50%

Wish i could just click-drag my elevator shafts. Clicking on each floor individually 50 TIMES, IN 6 ROWS of elevators is extremelly annoying.
