Can the pause-when-inactive function be take away? It takes time to earn money in this game, but I cannot go away and do other things on the computer, or the number will not be jumping......

I love it when they buy a room, they go into it, and stay there for only 5 seconds before never returning to it again.

Heres a trick that works in this game and in real life. in some tall buildings you have one elevator for even floors and one for odd floors. or one that goes from floor 1-25 and another from floor 25-50 I finally got them to shut up by having an elevator from 1-5 5-10 10-15 15-20 20-25 30-35 ... this MIGHT shut them up for good. keep at mind that each elevator is a seperate shaft so thats a problem too.

Different locations/scenarios would add replay value, as well as harder difficulties in terms of more demanding guests per $ earned. The elevator demand IS slightly ridiculous.

there's no nagging over elevator if you use this strategy: build a different elevator to connect each floor. For example, the first floor will be connected to the second floor by only 1 elevator, and then the second floor will be connected to the third by a different elevator. It stops the nagging and isn't very expensive because regular elevators work just fine.

Solving the elevator problem is simple. Build different shafts every 5 or so floors. Once you have 30+ floors and are approaching 4-5 star class the elevators don't travel fast enough, no matter how capacious...so build a different shaft every 5-8 levels. It costs alot, sure, but it's completely worth it to get a little extra boost.

Elevator Theory 101: Ever notice some hotels have elevators that only service certain floors? Build more elevators for floors with something to do, and less for rooms, which can be the upper, upper floors.
Also, don't place your elevators next to each other. They only get impatient if they wait in line, but if they take lots of time to WALK to your elevator, they won't mind, giving the elevator time to de-congest.

A solution to the elevator problem. Don't let the shafts be more than 5-6 levels. Build shafts like that so they overlap and you'll have plenty elevator capacity

Fun game. It'd be great if it took a page from Corporation Inc and allowed upgrades of rooms and people. Gotta repeat everyone else, elevators are a little ridiculous.

Heres a little feedback...DO NOT AT ALL COST GET A LOAN WORST IDEA EVER.As soon as you click loan you are going to lose a TON of money and will never get out of debt.

Oh man I had soo much money, They kept asking for elevators, So i bought more ground to the left and right, enough for another 4 big cap shafts, Now they are still asking for more.. Just like 3/10 though, But still i mean roflmao.. oh well finally can get 5stars now since the other 7 will incr my rep:) good game btw, but make it so that you can upgrade the elevators. faster, more capacity. and maybe let us upgrade other buildings too.

To all the people complaining about the elevators: in real life, you spend what, .1% of your time on an elevator? If you were spending 25% of your day on an elevator like these guys do, you'd be complaining too.

solution of the elevator problem: build an elevator at the bottom and expand it to the 3e floor. build next to the elevator a new elevator and expand it to the fifth floor. and next to that build a new elevator from 5e floor to 7e floor and so on. no-one will complain about that stupid elevator anymore.

Those getting complaints about elevators, are you still using standard rooms? When you get presidential suites, standard rooms become obsolete, which means you can delete them for pres. suites. These have only 1/4 the number of guests, so 1/4 elevator traffic.

Nice game, but its quite annoying that about 1/4 of my entire hotel is made of elevators and there are still people complaining about not enough elevators
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
instead of having elevators that go from the bottom all the way to the top limit elevators to like 5 floors or so, less time to travel=shorter ques for them. elevator problem solved
