It just baffles me when people rate games lowly for poor reasons. No highscore API, so it's only average? And if the controls make it "impossible to play", why are there high scores in the millions? It's beyond my mere sane comprehension.
Anyway, being the nag that I am I think a few suggested features/tweaks would kick arse, and since ol' Tommoor seems actually _interested_ in the response to his game (amazing!), perhaps we'll even see some.

For people that are giveing this a low score for being a basic copy of geometry wars you are being stupid look at dtd o wow you set towers down and thay shoot things real original and yet it still got a good score stop being stuck up snobs and rate a game for what it does.
Any ways i myself half really enjoyed this game so far and plan to play it a good bet more over the next few weeks
4/5 for being a good solid fun game.

I think the game is great, but for like me that don't use qwerty, it's pretty difficult to play a game such as this. I still tried, though. :P

Very interesting game play controls, unique is the more appropriate word. I enjoy the "blood" splatters of the enemies, since I think paintball is pretty awsome. You did a great job with the sound and graphics. I gave it a 3/5 because I know there is something missing, but I can't place my finger on it.

The only critique I can come up with is that it is difficult to tell where your craft is.
Time and time again I have either died or come close to it because I have not known where my craft is.
The splats, while they make the game really cool and exiting tend to make it hard to see where your craft is.
One fix is to make them much lighter/more transparent/smaller/fade quicker.
Another fix is to remove the tails from the craft and the bullets.
Also, I think the shotgun is a little overpowered while the laser is a little underpowered for them to be in that order. The shotgun can kill multiple enemies in one shot, while the weird laser thing can only kill them one at a time. Maybe make the laser fire faster or have more punch, or have 2-3 come out at the one time, or have the shotgun a little less powerful, but more laser upgrades.
Definately loving this awesome game though!
4/5 but only because of those issues :)

Pros: Impressive visuals, responsive controls, good gameplay.
Cons: Been there done that, one hit point wonder, way too much screen shaking, bouncy boundaries, too hard to combat momentum, and only a little of the playfield is visible at once.
All in all a solid 4/5

This is a decent game, though it's hard to get really excited about it due to the number of similar games already available. Still, it's enjoyable. I might suggest moving the pause button - right now, you have to reach to hit it and that's an easy way to die.

I Ego thought the game was ok and only gave it 2 stars. One thing I liked about it was that it had alot of detail and graphics. One thing that I disliked about it was that it just got really boring to me really fast. Otherwise I just think it was an ok game.

i'm a fan of this style of moving/shooting (like Robotron...er without the joysticks)

Great graphics, sound and gameplay. An impressive game, reminds of those old retro shooters though this is much better. 4/5 Great!

Thanks for the comments and ratings - keep them coming!
Draco18s: A lot of the clues are in the sounds, which are used to tell you when enemies and powerups are spawned ;-)

4/5, shame it's missing badges/kong scores support. I prefer mouse targeting but still I can see myself taking the time to become good at this at some point.

It's entertaining, but I felt the feild was too small. Like I was constantly being hemmed in on all sides.
WhileI don't think I ran into something as it was spawning, I think some kind of visual clue that something is about to spawn, like in ZunderFurry (I think even Grid Wars/Geometry Wars had something like it) would be nice.
