Pro tip: The floor you're on actually affects what items appear. To survive longest, stay on the second lowest level (lava level) whenever you're low on hp, because that is where the MEDKITS are. If you look at the high scores, you can see a clear divide between those who figured out where to get the medkits, and those who just tried to avoid falling into the water. :P

The level system takes so much away from the overall game. Now the player doesn't have to improve so much as the avatar does. It feels like I'm playing the game in order to unlock enough points to actually play the full game. In a game all about skill, reaction time, and more than a little luck, a leveling system just feels out of place and unnecessary. It'd be like if Super Meat Boy didn't give you the full complement of abilities until you'd died a couple hundred times.

i found a bug.when i get ''eaten'' from a plant and do the minigame correctly somjetimes the game stucks.the animations are working but i cant get out from the plant and the enemies are frozen

The place some of my achievements were at changed lol. And I lost experience after the plant bug. I gained 80% random experience before but now it's taking it away.

Aww, and it just happened to me twice now in these 10 mins :/ After finishing the key combo when inside of the plant, it doesn't let me go out of him and the screen is slowly going to the right while the plant is still chewing me. Nothing to do but to reload the page.

Other than just some little bug fixes, the game is great, I've played all 4 parts and i got every gold medal in part 3, It was funny how in 1/2 and 3 you could just spam clicking the mouse to glide forever xd now its at least challenging and the upgrade system is awesome, 5/5.

It happens occasionally, e.g. i kill 4 plants then it happens on the next one. I think its random and I never died from key combos since i click them fast

Another bug, when i had to reload after i was stuck in the plant, it gave me about 80% experience once I started the game again

am i bugged or what, when i get into a plan i either die right away in 1 sec or after i finish the combo it doesnt let me out but the screen keeps going and i cant finish it...
You have to be quick for the key combos! Thanks for the report. We've never seen the problem happen.
Does it happen all the time or did it occur just once?

ok, with jumping being a critical function in this game, not only is it not one of the 4 buttons shown on the control diagram, it's also not listed anywhere in the game at all...smh

I give it 4/5 there is something that just doesnt have to make it awesome like the flood runner 3,and also that elevator music kind of makes it a little doll (luckily i had Foo Fighters and then it was way more awesome XD),but other than that,pretty cool :D.

Dragons only appear in the sky/snow area. But only when its unlocked. The panther is unlocked when you reach level 29, and only appears in the jungle area. Level 30 is the best, you unlock some cool cheats.

nice game, i love this series. you make it better every time. i epesiaclly love the new experiance system. i hope you make anothr!(maby next time you coud make it sort'of an RPG. and your weapon does more damage thefaster you go. just make sure it bounces back so ou can actually KILL it) 5/5

everything gives you experience in the game. Killing bugs, collecting gems, defeating monsters and using trampolines.

This game confuses me. I really liked #3 but this one is just illogical. There is not much new contend, but you have to level up to get to the same amount of power as #3. And I played like 40 minutes and reaching level 13 I just got fed up. Why should I have to grind to be able to play what is a slightly updated version of #3?..........A much better idea would have been to start us off with #3's powers and then level up and get even better powers, like super drop down or forward dash or ability to slow down for a second. Look at Banjo Kazooie 2...........I don't know if it is my computer or the game but when I put on scuba gear I cannot climb up...... The leveling up is really really damn slow. And since the only way to level up is to get gems so the only thing I did was collect gems; rather than try to survive a long time and get a high score....... And why dear god why do we sometimes need to use the keyboard and sometimes the mouse to perform combos.

You should make it so that enemies appear behind the arrow trigger events, not in front. I've been dying several times while a bee has been hovering in front of one of the arrows, it makes it very hard to save yourself.
