Btw, progress starts slow, but then you start to get better picks and upgrades, leading to faster progress. I could go on, but i have a feeling the last comment i did on here was a little too long, so im just gonna end it here.

overkill is where you hit something and you do WAY more damage than its max health you get more drops, better gem chance, even possibly more than one gem. A higher level overkill is better as it upgrades the buffs-doubling, tripling, quadrupling, well you get the idea. You can also improve overkill by buying the overkill improvements in the shop (well what else did you think was going to happen?). Basically, overkill=mo stuff and mo stuff= better pick and better pick=more overkill and the circle continues...

Love this game, but can't stand that I can't play the same save on another computer! Can you please make a button in the Save Menu that downloads a save file to your computer so you can e-mail it to yourself so you can play on different computers. Or, add a nifty difty way to link the save file to the Kongregate profile. Maybe you could add a login specificly for this game. Please consider this. Thanks and bye.

Rebirthed more than a handful of times at level 100-120 idle/active and I pretty much hate myself right now. Soooooooooo much of my life drained. About 16 hours of active play, there is little ability to progress except to repeat the same thing over and over again, since upgrades don't scale properly with game difficulty. End-game needs work, big time. Other than that, the first 3-4 hours were really enjoyable. Final total levels gained: 1771

@JosaricHawk It boosts the defense and health, but also the drop and exp, and the last 2 are boosted far more than the rocks durability, so if you do it, you get more gems and stuff i guess.

I don't get gem boost; i know how to activate it (by clicking the picture of the gem in the Gem Boost tab) by why would i want to temporarily boost the HP and Def of the rock?

* Recycling: Selling a pick and get a gem out of it
* Gem Boost: On the main game screen click the tab that says "Gem Boost". If you have at least one gem you can click the picture and you will get the boost.

For those of you wondering how Gem Boosting works, I'll try to explain it the best I can. When hovering over the Gem Boost tab it will display all of your current gems listed in your inventory. Each gem gives the current ore a boost to health and defense depending on grade of the gem selected. Once you click the gem, it will be consumed (maybe dev will implement multiple selection option and a confirmation option about gems selected). Once the gem is consumed, you will notice that the HP/Def of the ore has increased. The given XP% and overall drop rate % will also increase. Thus, making a large increase to overall gains. Hope this helps!

Suggestions:
1) Buy all cheapest EXCEPT (toggle button, like a check box) Basically buys all cheapest except toggled off upgrades.
2) Novelty Upgrades: Examples such as 'increasing combo timer duration', 'Allows you to switch screens without losing combo but timer still runs', or (though I can see this more practical then novelty) 'increases the number of clicks you click when you click (so first upgrade would increase all your manual clicks to 2 clicks a click, 3rd = 3 a click, so on), and 'increases active multiplier', 'increases idle multiplier', 'increases active/idle bonus to opposite.' Just some ideas =)

First rebirth here. I noticed that sometimes the upgrades get confused with the numbers of their cost. Instead of, for example, 30B it takes 30T, but when there is less then 30T it takes 30B. Anyone else noticed this?

Really enjoying the game (about 6-7 rebirths in) and so far the updates have really improved on the game. One feature I would suggest though, is a way to turn automine on/off without clicking (perhaps using the "A" key or another key).

I spent half a day mining and working my way to nearly 10000 rebirth points. I was so pleased. I left for class and when I cam back I was reset to zero! Why/how did this happen?!

It would be nice to have the stones used in crafting the pick could have their names in the pick for quick reference. EG: Trash would be the Trashy pick, Elemental Gem would make an Elemental Curved Scythe, etc.

I was wondering if a future update might involve an auto-advance option that automatically pushes you to the next rock that has less hp than your idle DPS/Damage?

you should make a ability to sell pickaxes for $$$ (and still gems) :D except the gems will be 1 grade lower if you sell for cash (or an upgrade to decrease gem grade lost when selling for money)

The game really needs a better progression on gems, you quickly get to "treasure" and then you only use the topmost gems. - The gemboost still needs help, the fact that it boosts the targets defense makes it completely useless.

Does the game have an end?? I thought I was done after the second cycle but now I'm back to Dirt + 2. However, everything that can be maxed out already is, including the prestige stats, and I just don't see any way I can grind a third cycle with just adding 4% damage here and there...

Sometimes, the "destroy bad picks" button doesn't sells a pick being completely inferior to yours, both in term of damage and speed, because it has a very high quality.

When ur in another tab, the game progresses SUPER slow. No clue why tho, if its not in focus it just goes like 10%.
Its confusing since it calculates when u dont even have the game on. Like if you close the browser and go to sleep.

It'd be cool if there was a button to create the best pick/handle/whole with just a button, instead of going back and forth clicking on the material and gem, a lot less click too.

Does anyone else notice that if you play long enough, the manual clicking is useless? Maybe some numerical changes are needed.

Suggestions: (1) Make the font telling us what rock type we're going to be mining next easier to read. (2) Make the buttons for choosing what to craft a lot bigger. They are VERY small right now. I'd gladly sacrifice 2 or 3 rows of inventory space for nice big crafting buttons. (3) Make an easy way to craft more than 1 and less than 10 of something -- perhaps a "quick recraft" button. (4) Make a quick way to go back 10 or 20 rock types.
