@blackheart304: You have to manually mine a little bit at the beginning, and maybe craft a new pick once, and then the automining begins. There is not enough power in the starting stats, I guess, so the effect is zero at first.

@Salocin ok there are materials you need at least one material and one gem to make a pickaxe And if you click all it will make all the pickaxes you can so hope this helped

Progress gets slower and slower so dramatically that it stifles the game out. Once you've ascended a few times, it just turns into a slogfest without greater incremental leaps. Or i may be intended that way, in which case I'd suggest removing the ascension angle entirely

Some kind of adjustable pop-up menu to display how many of a specific stone or gem you have would greatly help when you have a high combo and want to keep it going without having to see how many more of whatever you're grinding for you need.

@steponmyway ok this is about the 4th time i explain this to people, gem boost does 4 things, and one of them is increase defence. This large increase in defence is what is causing all of your damage to turn to 0. use a lower tier gem or use it on a worse stone if you still want damage.

I'd like the ability to be able to easily re-do the same action when crafting. Like when I have over 100 of a stone and only 10 of a gem, but because of a chance to not use gems when crafting I might be left with 90 of that same stone and 5 of the same gem after combining them. I'd like to be able to continuously do the same crafting action over again because of that.

Seems I can't do a rebirth, so it's been fun. I've had issue with other games which require a letter click, which I'm not able to do.

I understand it's one of those fine points, but I really feel like Kongregate should have a standard tool for devs to use to flag for review or deletion obviously hacked scores submitted for the scoreboards. Look, if you want to cheat, I have nothing against you, but seeing quite obviously falsified entries is annoying and removes an element of fun for those of us who enjoy being on the high score board. Nothing against this game - just rather blatant exploitation of the game code.

For some reason, the game periodically breaks on me. Everything above the second row of the inventory screen (though I don't have to be there) stops recognizing the mouse. I end up having to refresh to get the game to work again.

Quick suggestion for Gem Boosting, Could we have an auto gem booster? Example : I put tier 10 gem on everytime I mine something. It's a bit of a hassle to click back and forth. Possibly an unlock to buy?

For everyone wondering what to do with extra gems, it's called gem boosting. Gem boosting uses a gem(s) to increase HP and armor, but increases XP and drops even more. At my level, using a final tier gem makes a material about 20x stronger but killing it gives 13,323x as much XP and about 11,000 of it (before applying double drops). So it can AMAZINGLY increase your mining gains.

I have a suggestion for for the chip boost as well.
Why not have an auto chip boost. Then you can introduce a new upgrade for auto chip boost.
What auto chip boost would do would automatically do chip boost for you for each kill for the selected gem. The down side to to counteract this a bit should be that auto gem boost uses more than 1 gem but for the same effect as 1 gem. Then the upgrade for auto boost would lower the amount of gems it uses.

Just replying to your message about the gem system. What if you made it cost 100 gems each to fuse for the next level. Decrease a lot of the earlier gem amounts, and make it so you dont end up with the higher gems until + levels. You don't even need to allow players to hit the top gem in their first rebirth. As pointed out by KidA1515 Once you get the top gem there is no point in using lower gems anymore, which leaves you with thousands of lower level gems. The progression seems to fast.

@Candle14 wow does no onw know what gem boosts do? They increase LOOT DROPS, EXP DROPS, STONE HEALTH, AND STONE DEFENCE. The reason you can't mine it is because the gem boost is boosting it's defence so high you can't mine it.

Gem Boost stops automining. I can manually mine, but it does zero damage. Must cancel Gem Boost, then automining resumes. Have tried it many times -- this seems to be consistent.

I'm having a really hard time rebirthing. i've only ever gotten it to work once. i'm well above the 150 levels required.

@galik79, if you click on the gem boost, you should see a popup in the top right. If it's a really easy ore that you mine quickly, it may only popup for a second, until it's destroyed. Try using it on a harder gem, that you can't auto destroy really quickly.

I feel like there should be a way to sell gems. I have collected a ton, but they're all in 1's and 3's and 5's... please implement! I feel like it would help everyone a ton!
