Under rating threshold (show) there are no floats in flash as far as i know thats C++. upgrade cost is diplayyed as "cost" i know it to easy, auto is coming

Under rating threshold (show) just a note about the balance problem: The tier 1 speed tower I have has 197/2/180/340 stats - and is much stronger than a newbuild tier 2

Under rating threshold (show) and the difficulty is definitely too low, one single tier 1 tower can hold the line.. And instead of upgrading it even further, I started upgrading a laser tower.. and it took ages till a creep finally reached it, so it had some work. Also autosend is a must 3/5

Under rating threshold (show) After playing through to about level 320, all I can say is that the difficulty is too steep at the end, and not steep enough at the beginning. If anything, just make everything stronger, and the turrets weaker.

Under rating threshold (show) im at wave 305 and haven't had any get past me, doesn't look like any will either. i think im going to stop just because my finger is tired from pushing the next wave button and it doesn't seem to be going anywhere, not to mention the lag is horrendous. if it were tweeked and improved a little i think this games got a lot of potential, tighten the screws a little and i'll be back for more! i'll give it 3.5/5, make the right tweeks and it'll easily be a 5/5

Under rating threshold (show) normal TD ^_^ [1] add some description to the tower, like what it is suppose to do, e.g. poison, freeze [2] perhaps you can place a auto timer where you can allow player to set the time for monster to spawn? [3] add a warning area in red to show that the place could not be build (e.g. road) [4] add a description to tell the user the level of the tower upgrade [5] add some powerful boss to make the game challenging or some air monsters that only can be attacked by special towers [6] allow player to unclick anywhere on the map to disable the tower range from being visible [7] perhaps you can show what is the next monster type spawn? [8] add special upgrades

Under rating threshold (show) Fun, but as you've noted WAY off balance. I'm on wave 350, with no problem (And seemingly little chance of encountering one). I'm not noticing any of the lag issues others have said, but clarifying tower effects would be nice. Good effort, with a little work this could be very quality.

Under rating threshold (show) Alright, I'm starting to get bored. This is a good time waster, but when you click "Next Wave" 200 times without needing to upgrade anything, it gets rather boring. Wave 510 and no sign of leaking in the near future. I decided to call it quits after reaching wave 509, which I did 2 waves at the same time without leaking. On another note, when your gold surpasses 10 billion, there aren't enough numbers to contain it, my gold is currently 12.6 billion, and at wave 506 I was getting 19,932.889 gold per creep, in case you want to verify it with whatever algorithms you used for the incremental increase of gold. I could have most likely kept going indefinitely, almost positively reaching wave 1k+ without a single leak. I'm interested to see how you tweaks the towers/creeps to change the difficulty, so I'll be checking back when you've updated the game.

Under rating threshold (show) Even with Effects off, the game lagged horribly so i had to abort my run at wave 326 with lasertowers only. Needs to be way more difficult, with lasertowers i think its possible to reach wave 999,as long as they are not freezing the game :> But the game is a nice little timefiller

Under rating threshold (show) well... from the comments i can tell that the game is waay to hard, and the path descriptions are great =P. but really, i knoew about both those problems when i uploaded. but it was 10 min before the dadline, and i didnt have time to put them in. if we are allowed to update the games (not sure yet), then you can expect a tower name to appear over the tower stats, possibley an auto send button, and a nother instructions page or 2 about the towers.

Under rating threshold (show) This is actually pretty good for a first-time TD game. Just the path logic for a TD game can be hopelessly complicated for a beginner. That said, here are some of the pitfalls you've fallen into: (1) Towers that all seem the same. I can't tell the difference between the towers, apart from the initial damage/speed/range. Towers should be differentiated based on their special effects or growth rate or things like that, and we need to know those differences so we can use strategy. (2) No way to tell the cost of an upgrade, or the result of an upgrade. How much does it cost? How much will my tower's stats go up? (3) Balance/difficulty, as people have mentioned. This shouldn't be too hard to tweak by making tower upgrade cost and/or enemy health go up exponentially rather than linearly. (4) Enemy variance: Creeps are all the same. Make them different--movement patterns, weaknesses, etc.

Under rating threshold (show) I think this is a great start. I like that you have towers that do different things than most TDs and also have continuous visual effects. I do agree with the others though that it is way to easy, even with sending multiple waves at once. Also I'd like to see the towers named, or a brief description with their stats. It is hard to guess which one you want where. It would also be nice to see a little variation with the creep appearance, but that is minor compared to the rest of what could be reworked. I hope you keep developing this game, I think it has lots of potential! :)

Under rating threshold (show) Really impressive given the time. You've got a good solid base for an excellent TD game here, so I hope you intend to continue to work on it! The balance is an issue, but with endless tweaking you can surely fix that. I can't really play it very much right now, but I'll play later and see if I can make any more suggestions. Oh actually, there is one thing: the instructions are not useful. They tell you things like "creeps go down path, place tower, earn money". You don't need to explain these things really; and if you do you can explain it with a little text after you press start. The thing that DOES need explaining better is the towers! OK, maybe you like the mystery of them, but I don't. x.x At the very least give them names that we can see when hovering over them! (I don't want to make it sound bad. It's really impressive. Also, thanks for the credit bit :)
