For me this game isn't more than average. I made the mistake to expect a game with Qualifying, teams to choose from, maybe pitstops etc. because of the title but then I was kinda disappointed. The title is just based on the choice of vehicle, it could have been a Lamborghini etc. as well. When I put my expectations aside I see a racer that reminds me of classics I played but sadly, even then it's not perfect. While the changing scenery was good, I was happy I had the mute button at hand because the same "ExtremeG" style music over and over again... there should have been more tracks to listen to. Better concentrate on Engine or Boost cause Handling didn't help me that much - this especially was a pain in the turns where braking usually was necessary but helped other drivers to overtake me. The setup idea was better and the special car gave me a smirk but in the end, LongAnimals has better racers than this one. With all those developers this could have been a much better game...

Don't mind all these coments about mini maps... I loved that suspence element of the game, when I thougt I was way ahead and all of a suden a car comes up to me and gains de pole! Amazing game in avery aspect. 5/5

Pretty sure I've run a near perfect race on Track 1 with the mini, maxed out upgrades and full power on engine. Full throttle the entire track, 100% on the track for the entire race, no crashes or nudging other cars, used all my boost and finished with a score of 3205 in a time of 1:46:83. Either I'm missing something pretty basic in getting speed out of the car or the scores below 3200 are fudged. Any thoughts???????

to make your life easier: upgrade your car to max, set up your car's engine to max. remember about releasing up key on turns with obstacles. you will get all achievments (except Read Hog, which is broken)

Yep, the unfair disadvantage is incredibly annoying. Challenges are fine but this is just frustrating. I'd like the game a lot if this was fixed.

Lmao the secret car is so epic. It's really over powered though, I had the original at max upgrade put on max speed, and the secret car on boost. The secret car went faster, accelerated much better and had much better control. I got all 1st place before obtaining it and I think that's what the requirement should be.
Other than that 5/5!

Yes, I'll admit there is a lot of room for tweaking, such as a minimap, the ability to customize your car, perhaps make your own race track, which would probably allow a online play, but there were many things I like about it. Frist of all, I thought the rain was a great idea, the tracks got harder and allowed a sense of reward when you finally got frist, and I liked how you were able to change your cars stats. But I thought the best thing was the controls, they felt spot on, unlike many other racing games here on Kong. 4/5

Seriously, this needs a minimap. I might be wrong, but I thought that was pretty much a genre standard. If you didn't want to do that, you really should have made the maps for race selection far more detailed. (Starting points, obstacles, narrow sections, etc. marked out.) As it is, this is far too dependent upon reaction time. I'm sure that's great for some players, but it's no so good for others.

I have a bit of a racing background so a few things are counterintuitive to me. You should slow down just from turning. Except in a very mild turn, you can scrub speed without lifting off the accelerator. Smoothness seems to count for nothing. Changing direction on a straight at full speed or twitching in a corner should upset the chassis or at least slow acceleration.
On the upside, playability is good. And I like the "tiger teeth" telling me which way the turns go. However, the big turn signs for the tighter turns really only need to be at the entrance of a corner, not all the way through.

I don't understand the percentage. I can only get 100% on the sixth map, and that stays 100% no matter how I tune my car. Everything else jumps between 0% and 40%. I don't understand.
