Under rating threshold (show) I easily beat the final adventure with the stone of immortality, angelic bow + regen 6. Turns out heal affinity multiplies all form of healing. With 320% my 6 regen per turn became 21 per turn. I also equipped all the "storms" spells instead of the "create" spells, midas touch to turn gold coins into gems and warlord spell to get rage. The final adventure was easy with these combos.

Under rating threshold (show) continued...The same instance also occurred when i made a set of 3 and a set of 4 at the same time as well, only this time my health increased by 2 like with any other set of 4 instead of 3 that should be given as 1 for the set of 3 and 2 for the set of four. This glitch could mean a lot of missed heals from matches when combos are going on as well as T and corner matches where multiple sets of gems are being destroyed simultaneously.

Under rating threshold (show) There is a glitch where if you have multiple match heals that go off at the same time they don't all heal you. For instance I had 120% chance to heal for matches of 3 and I switched two gems that made two different sets of 3 that each disappeared at the same time but my health only increased by one. I don't mean that I only saw a +1 instead of a +2 because I know it doesn't add together for the animation, I had seen it happen once before and thought the animation just overlapped itself so this time to check I looked at my health prior to switching the gems in the same way mentioned earlier and then noticed my health after to see if it was just the animation overlapping or not.

Under rating threshold (show) Few bugs I ran into: Ice Shield doesn't seem to grant any mana. Midas Touch doesn't trigger matching after casting. "Unknown spell" in the spellbook actually acts like spell from that position on the previously viewed page.

Under rating threshold (show) Something the "storm" spells don't tell you in their description: they do damage for every gem destroyed. This was key for me winning the final level (@JotS: regen 8 by itself wasn't enough for me until I found that out)

Under rating threshold (show) Music is awesome, sound effects suck. This game could use a tutorial stage and a better explaination of how weapon and armor affects work. The debt is a neat hook to give players a goal starting out, but once you are debt free it is less interesting. Maybe if you gained interest it would keep you interested. The end of the game is terrible. You beat every level, including 3 really long and boring end bosses, only to have nothing happen. Badge should be: I just played the final three bosses for 45 minutes and all I got was this lousey badge. Tips for people who need help: Once you get regeneration to 7, you really can't lose anymore. Also, best spell synergy seems to be: healing fire, treasure hunt, fire storm, burning rage, and planned assault + any other spell (I used the magic arrow and never cast it)

Under rating threshold (show) I was grading it 4/5 ... until it crashed twice mid-battle (I was grinding down with poison + regen + treasure hunt(?)) the second time it took my saved game with it. Not good to have my hours of play go poof. :(

Under rating threshold (show) Regarding end of map loot- The values listed aren't based on the number listed at any given enemy. Rather, those listed values are a combination of their initial chance to drop their own item on defeat and the treasure tiles you collect. The end-of-adventure rewards are based ONLY on the treasure tiles you collect- ACROSS ALL FIGHTS. There is no stat listed that displays this, you simply need to remember it. Example- I fight my way to the end of a four map adventure. The treasure value listed is 50, but I collected 25 treasures in each fight, for a total of 100 treasures. This will result in collection of all four listed end-of-adventure treasures, but the endboss only has a 50% chance to drop an addition treasure of his own. You can tell when you get these additional treasures by the animation of the words "LOOT GAINED!" that come up across the battlefield after defeating an enemy.

Under rating threshold (show) 3) The game gets too hard around lvl20? Not really. The difficulty does -sharply- increase starting at level 20, but that's just because nothing before there is even a remote challenge. If you're finding this problem, go back to level 19 or earlier and farm gold for character upgrades, and not just shop upgrades. Collecting a gear set would probably help as well- and the items you get back from your father for clearing your debt are also incredibly useful, even if they aren't considered valuable by gold. There's not a time deadline on the game, it'll wait for you to be strong enough. 4) Seriously, this game doesn't have a 20 page manual. Undefined summed it up pretty good in the instructions- "scroll your mouse so that the pointer hovers over something, then click the left button. (It’s next to the right one)". That, common sense, and reading the tooltips is about all you need to 'learn' the game.

Under rating threshold (show) A number of frequent issues addressed: 1) If you don't know what Harness fire/Blocking/another item does, put it on, scroll over the symbol, and you'll be told what it does. Note that not all the tooltips are perfectly accurate, but you don't need a glossary this way as its right in the game. I have mentioned various bugs in an earlier statement. 2) The food achievement- Eating food does nothing by itself. The only location to eat food is the potion symbol by the equipment screen. BY eating two pieces of food (Ideally, the cheapest ones) you get the in game achievement that grants 10 max health. It would be GREAT to in the future incorporate eating food in battle as a health restore, but at the moment this is not present in the current version. For future simple questions such as this one, in this or any other game, *Search the forums!* There are at least a dozen threads on the topic, most of which have been redirected to one thread that answers it.

Under rating threshold (show) Really nice game. I feel an addiction building up. ;) Two things, though: I would like a description to some of the armor bonuses. I have for example no idea what "harness fire" means exactly, or what "blocking" actually does. Makes it kinda hard to compare different pieces. And a remaining enemies count would be nice as well.

Under rating threshold (show) I realy liked the game and I rated it 5/5, but there are serious problems with save games... My saves died second time and i don't think I want to start all over again. I realy like some of your games, but they are always very time consuming, and if something happens to saves it's very troublesome, so i realy would appreciate if you'll make it posible to save game in external file in your future games.

Under rating threshold (show) As for what the game is a cross between, its not a cross between Recettear, Bejeweled, or any of those. The two games you are looking for are- "Arkandian Legends", the game creator's series which there are many more on this site, and "Puzzle Quest". Puzzle Quest was the pioneer of the Bejeweled combat system, where both opponents share the bejeweled field. Overall, its a beautiful merger of two great games, and I would love to see a second using this style. Biggest disappointment with the game? I beat it too quickly xD. Still going back to buyout the shop- because I can.

Under rating threshold (show) There is a large amount of errors in the game, either by tooltip or functionality, impossible to know which without knowing the intention of creation. Such things as: -Armor reduces damage from spells, not just Physical Attacks as listed by tooltip -The various 'Storm' spells (Fire, Ice, Energy, Poison) also deal 1 damage to the opponent for each gem they clear. This is not listed on spell description. -The shop augmentations for gems matched (+10% income to Fire/Energy/Cold/Fire/Rage/Gold) also grant an increase in gems collected from spells that gather them. This is not listed in description. -Damage increases from gear also affect spell damage, not just weapon damage as listed on the Tooltip. These are the errors I noticed that I can remember off the top of my head, might be more.
