At first I really liked the game, but after playing a few levels, and discovering that replaying a level doesn't enable you to increase your skill points or equipment, I've rated it down
a lot.

k... so 3 points gives 1 unit a bonus damage to the starting weapon, and 2 points gives every units an extra bonus damage with everything? -.- lame

i think the whole fact that you have to use your warriors to get resources is EXREMELY dumb. unless i am missing something, it is impossible for me to fight because when i click to get resources all of them attack the terrain and not just one >_> 1/5

The mage of legend, eagle eyed archer and glorious warrior skills just affect the starting weapon they get when they are deployed? Noone uses them! You have to make it so that it also affects other bows/swords/books/staves.

Number of lives should add points to total score. I always finish levels with 100+ lives and it doesn´t seems to improve my final score.

all depends on your tactics, if it doesnt work, change it, some maps you may need more resources[master craftsman] others you need better unit dmg, all maps are beatable, just takes a lot of trail and error
keep this voted up

" Warrior No.3!! What are you doing? You just let 8 snowmen past! "...." Sorry Sir I was too busy hitting this rock with my sword..."

Easy mode... I would love a way to say harvest that over there but only those guys!!! not everyone in ******* range xD
Needs a fix when u realise that the swordsman just needs tha axe and then is used for harvest as the only unit i goes smoothly

Great game but my only concern is why cant my units share items, OK so maybe sharing weapons and armor might be too overpowered but at least let us share accessories I mean i doesn't make any sense anyone agree?

Winding Road of Death is supposed to be 15 Waves but its more like 30 waves for some reason... is it a spelling error or something?

Very annoying little glitch. Sometimes the black balloons that pop up over artifacts stick to your cursor, obscuring your vision for the entire map. Ugh.

There should be a way too mine gold, and there should be a auto harvest spell for wen u need to make room for another unit

Simply put, to much micro-managment.
Also, no way to become stronger if you cant get past any of the lvls tends to grid on my nerves.

Wizard's bow's life leech is ridiculous. I just managed to end a sudden death match with 150 lives... Not that I managed to leak any anyway. Also, I've noticed since the updates that a lot of units will now ignore resources in favor of enemies... This makes it really hard to clear out the resources blocking the prime locations.

Oh and 1 more thing.. Since 'difficult' and 'tough' mean prety much the same thing, 'very difficult' and 'very tough' are not good indicators of a levels difficulty.

Really liked this one. But I have to say its really hard, im stuck on lvl 4 or 5, and i cant replay for "lvl up" or gain some bonus items or skill points that help me up. Also i would re-design the ingame item making, maybe you have a item build up section in the side of the screen and you drop the items into units, or something like that, Hope to se something like that or better in Little Protectors 2 ;).
Great game, just add more into it, maybe rethinkg the harvesting thing ( like special units move-capable that do harvest arround the map wile others fight, that would be semi RTS style)

Tips for the first levels. spend the first 2 points on damage and use only warriors. Once you have 3 points reset skillpoints and put 3 points into warrior weapons and use only warriors, Upgrade warriors in combat and you'll be good. Once you get 6 points. Reset skill points and put it all into archers weapons. and use only archers and keep the archers upgraded with the best equipment and armor. Plus utilize your rings/amulet drops as well. Placement is key. Once the world opens up. Rest is up to your playstyle

Harvesting is easy, place 1 or 2 units close together at each end of the route. When each wave starts, harvest with units near the end of the route and switch to attack as the mobs move into range at the same time using units near the start to harvest instead.
Items can turn the tide in your favour, a unit with a powerful single attack could use a splash item or a unit equipped with a splash weapon could be more effective with slow, damage, speed or other. It is sometimes better to build and equip a unit that can use an item to the greatest advantage then to give to a unit which has no need for it.

Easiest way to dominate this game is: Get about 20 skill points, max damage and recruiting. Put mages near the start with archers backing them up/harvesting. Upgrade all mages with Wizard's Pal weapon. Once you have about 8 or so upgraded start using mana gained for casting RAWR spell. This dominates every map with ease. Got up to like +300% damage on all units before level ends.

I was all psyched up for another great Protector game, but my hopes were gradually crushed. Fun for 7 or 8 levels, then becomes a boring "OK, what do I need to do to get through this next level." Perhaps less of the useless comments -The tutorial is outright condescending and sarcastic - and the "hints" that appear after losing a level are pointless. ("Waiting for the flying units to come along and ruin your defense? they don't exists") Instead, why not add some random hints targeted at each map specifically. (1-5 hints about how to defeat the level in question, given out randomly or sequentially) Something like "Initial placement in this map is crucial", or "xxxx skills come in handy here", or "careful weapon choice is needed"

definitely needs the ability to harvest multiple resources at one time. plus gold should be harvested, not dropped. you already have the souls and i always have way more than i ever need. but i always get held back by not having enough gold. harvesting should be a little easier as well.

Not as good as the other protectors. By far not as good. 2/5. Any why make the game kid-like when most people playing it aren't kids and heck. Doesn't seem like kids would be able to beat it anyway

At first it was hard and I'm thinking, alright I have to figure out the right combo of guys that work for each level, a bit of work but challenging and fun as well as frustrating... NOPE!! There is one bow that takes this game from hard to way way too easy: The Critter Critter. Now all my game is is boring tree farming, filling the map with archers, and spending every skull I get on Critter Critters... this need to be nerfed a bit... it's stronger than the last bow you get for 5x the price. At first I thought this game was just so well thought out that you needed to be specific about what you build which would be annoying in itself, but still fun to figure out: NOPE! Turns out this game was just thrown together and not playtested at all and whoever did the math just used random numbers and didn't attempt to balance the game at all. Thinking about changing my 5/5 rating to a 3/5. PLEASE FIX THIS GAME! IT HAS POTENTIAL!

One feature I'd like to see is disbanding units. Sometimes it would be useful to disband a unit from a spot (perhaps get half the resources back) to place a different type of unit there. Alot of times I place a unit in a spot strictly to harvest, and it would help to be able to remove that unit once there is nothing left in range to harvest.

Seriously anyone who rates this game above 1 star is silly. Items are nearly useless, harvesting is annoying, the whole harvesting SYSTEM makes no sense (why not just have it drop from monsters), can only upgrade towers through gear (no classes like the old protectors), and you are telling me I have to attack a tree for like 30 minutes do get enough wood in order to upgrade my bow? Joking me right?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
It was decent enough, though I don't personally care for the harvesting resources thing. As for the whole game though, I must say I enjoyed it fairly much. The harvesting and not getting anything for replaying maps is the only real things I don't care for. 4/5

For all those moaning. This is not protector. The strategy is different, and not all that hard. It's a good little game. I prefer it. Although I agree that more than one crop should be allowed at a time.

I am a huge fan of the protector games but this one was terrible.... it seems as though a fag created this game.... with the music being lame and the text "killing baddies is super fun". I mean was this targeted for 5 year olds? The harvesting is a pretty bad idea.... After playing a few levels of this i just feel like slashing my wrist.... 2/5
