First of all, stress is the main thing about this game that makes it hard. The amount of stress you lose should decrease as you get farther into the game, or get more of a stat (ie. Composure or Temerament). It's pretty annoying when you kill an enemy in two hits and Legen gets stressed, so it should scale with the battle, like how much damage you take or something. Also, add a potion we can take in an adventure location that reduces stress, like a relaxation potion so we can spend more than 30 seconds in a dungeon and it doesn't take 10 weeks to do the hard ones. That would make the game a lot for fun for a lot of people. still, 4/5 for everything else. Stress just needs balancing.

This game has some problems like landing on a blue chest only to leave it due to stress. I spent a year leveling "Smithing" and spent 1,000 gold to attempt the 50% chance to make a spell book. Not a bad book except the smithing job and school raise STR and CON. Spent 2,000 more gold on it and failed both times despite having max smith skill. I have 17 blue chests and 3 dungeons left that I haven't gotten them in yet and every enemy is so much better than me it seems impossible. My 60 DMG weapon hits green skeletons for 7 DMG while they strike back at me for 69 DMG and I am wearing the best armor from the shops/dungeons I could find. I also have a high miss chance with my max "combat attack" and 51% INC hit chance. Alot of the skills have vague descriptions as well. Temperament "your ability to stay calm and not get upset or angry. Useful for running away from fights." and yet no run option. I feel it would be better if players were told what the skills and stats did.

To the game developer:
I love these kinds of "raise your monster/prince/princess" games, and was ecstatic to see one on Kongregate.
The one big issue that I had was that the Stress system bothered me. In some cases, it was things that didn't make sense (like the fact that Legen gets more stressed when he finds treasure). In others, it was just that Stress seems a bit overbearing. It builds very quickly, and takes so much to get rid of. There are no toys/potions/whatever to help get rid of Stress. At times, it made the game feel slow.

bug: If you use the ultimate magic ability on the green ghoul-shaman in the (castle?) adventure, as the opening move, it will freeze the game.

To all beginners: If you have trouble hitting your enemies, go to school and do combat training (get the money to do so by working). Increasing combat attack increases your chance to hit. Combat defense is incredibly usefull too, if it's maxed out your enemies physical attacks will miss quiet often. When choosing stats at the beggining of the game, constitution and extra building materials are good choices.

The life leech additions to some items doesn't seem to work. On the chance that your character manages it, it will say "leech" by the damage number, but none of that is added to the character's health.

I hated this game at first (Played it quite a while ago and gave it a 1/5), but have raised my rating to 3/5 today after playing it again to attempt the badge of the day. I strongly dislike the stress feature and by it's self keeps the rating from being higher. It is also slightly annoying that my maxed out character successfully crafts a magic item at 25% of the time WHEN there is a random chance that I can AND all my failures cost over 2000 gold. But the game is much funner than I had originally rated it.

"Whelp, I'm at the dungeon! I've got 35 Healing potions, a few Mana potions just in case... Oh no - Where'd I put my Prozac potions? Man, now I know I'm going to get stressed out in there..."

This is has a lot of issues. Major concerns would be the fact that there are no saves. You can not save in any part of the playthough. so if you did like what I did which was accidently sell one of you unique item. You end up with 19 at the end. So would be nice if there was a save option. Second concern I felt this game had. Was the fact that you attack chances was barely influence with items. If anything you're stats have the bigger impact. In which case there weren't enough week. sure it's consider hard. and i get why. but even with the option to save WHERE AND WHEN we want it's still a hard badge. 2/5

I enjoyed this game a lot. A couple suggestions though. It would be nice to have some kind of status thing for adventures. Which all I really want is a blue box gotten or not. Since I was playing threw my second time and was like I should have all the blue boxes for the badge. and I had to click on each adventure till I found one I missed the second time. Also purely visual but I would like to see a graphic city that gets bigger and better as you upgrade stuff. good game overall keep up the great work.

Stop complaining about the game being the worst or something similar if it has anything to do with the keyboard. It is not the game's fault. This occurs when playing many flash games. For those with Windows 7, go to Internet Options, click the Security tab, uncheck the protected mode for trusted sites, add http://www.kongregate.com to the trusted sites, and uncheck the require server verification. This should fix the problem for those with Windows 7. There are forums that talk about this problem on Kongregate. + if this helped you with the sticky keys problem.

This game is shitty. Why make this the badge of the day? I have to refresh if I stay for more than 30 seconds in a dungeon because the keyboard controls aren't even coded right.

Got the last blue chest on the last week, holy crap. Piece of advice, make sure you have alot of time left to beat the path to hell, it takes a few weeks to get through.
