silmarilen: I didn't see any increase, however my mage has attacked a lot and there wasn't too much improvement. Anyways, I've found holy light a lot better - it increased speed, damage and infliction so much that I couldn't believe my eyes.

Yes, I've tried Necrosis. It increased the damage of my mage barely (but he has almost 400 kills), Holy light increased it a lot more and it also increased speed.

you cant see the dmg improvements from necrosis. but i asure you. at 400 kills it does alot more dmg.

tommy, probably because it is not a campaign map and you therfore do not get xp. hard to explain but simple once you think about it... well for me it is....

why whenever i win a custom map it goes YOU LOSE your score ......(says score) but then does not award any Xp i may of got on my heroes

Great game! A good improvement of the series, its too bad its the last game though- this could be an excellent game if perfected.

Exactly, cynicality, I agree. I haven't tried necrosis yet, but I know its effect and I'm sure that holy light is a lot better.

best combo out there - mage - quickspell - speed. with whatever is need for the level. necrosis sucks. holy light in the end.

Octavian I don't think there is a max level for heroes. I have a level 10 Frostik and it says he needs 204800 exp for next level.

Wow. I mean let's take all of the horrid things of protector 1 & 2 and combine them in one game. Generally people make the game better than the prequel.

How high can you level heroes to? I'm approaching lvl 9 with four of mine and wondering how much experience you need to get them all the way if there is a cap.

inhglor what you need to do is fill all the open spots with mages and don't upgrade them until your done with the first 5 monsters that are weak to fire then upgrade them to cold

Ugh, where to begin? First, the best looking of the bunch. And there is a nice bit of variety. However, it seems unfinished. As the game progresses, things seem incomplete. Kind of disappointed, as the best of Defender, Prot I & II seem to be combined.
