lots of people are complaining about bugs. i havent seen any yet. maybe i will change my opinion, but right now i say this game is awesome!

now the elemental mastery and focus badges are fixed, the cool as ice and Electrical interference don't work.
I'm still holding off judgment on this one. It feels like a lot of farming is going to be needed, which would be an RPG twist, though not necessarily in a good way.

Wave 12 is easy, if you place two energy warriors+consecration, one rogue (back), tactician (forward). Wave 14 I can't get past though.

prot III yippie!!! while i understand how people (especially those who dont like tower defence games) say there is an abundance of TD games, saying it about protector is like saying there too many MMORPGs and wanting to kill WOW coz of it or the same with RTS games and wanting to delete starcraft from everyone's pc... yay and yay again

there's a loophole in building certain awards like number of mages/warriors/paths hired/paved. you can just hire 4 mages/warriors at a time, end game and do it again and again and the statistics will rise, but you need to finish a game properly to receive awards. Save a lot of money and time though.

Most of the maps can be beated simply spamming mages/warriors without even upgrading them. No color is the win option. Anyway most of the bugs has been corrected, increased the rating to 4/5.

I won the first 3 levels and after that I only had the option of playing the Roundabout with hard difficulty. I failed, so I started redooing some maps and now, suddenly, I got three new maps. I guess it was qualification with money.

I spended 3 points in fast learner, but after whipping out my calculator, I demand a respec. Or an increase to hero xp too.

Perhaps some of the resident geniuses could clue the rest of us idiots in on how to complete the game without grinding the first couple of levels.

Is the heroic efforts award achievable?
I can't see any map that starts with enough gold to place a hero, so winning with only heroes seems impossible.

So how does the gold earning work exactly? Is it based on the map-gold-leftover +/- skill-levelled-bonuses, because I've been trying to calculate it... and it doesn't add up: map-gold-leftover(198pre-boss)+2/10(10%?)banking=total(218+/-) minus hero wage of course. But I get 163 minus hero wage... How do you calculate?

For everyone, it seems like the amount of money you gain into your treasury is half of the money you have left at the end. EXP seems to be half of the exp all your units got.

Even with the bugs, at the game over, some at battle damage, its still a great...ok game, just needs fixing, good concept anyway
