i still don't get the idea of hiring hero, though i am not unfamiliar with this game any more, i won all maps. just to buy a hero without using costs me an amount that offset my gold earning for any map, let alone buying many. how do you guys bear with that?

:D always loved protector! so many games get overdone with number 2 then 3 etc..but protector isnt one i get sick of...though i do get a bit tired of demon type creatures and rats etc..id love new types of enemies!

Also, MasterTek, You just need one single energy tactician with Consecrate & generalism, with MAYBE another couple of units on the back row to catch leaks if any.

jigokuro, i cant find a way to beat that level either...i used 2 rows of upgraded energy/phys warriors and still lost on wave 14

Jigokuro, what you do is this:
First row, second slot paveable slot from the spawn point. Pave, build a warrior. thats it. Upgrade him to Energy, Consecrate, Tactician. Spam Generalism. If you have heroes, put them on the rows behind him.

'Little forest' the 15wave "medium" IS RIDICLOUS. even with level 3 bob and consecrated phys/elec warriors I always lose on wave 14 to those swarm beetles.

I've played Protector and loved it, but can't find Protector 2 anywhere... Where can I find it to play before Protector 3?

A great improvement from the last games the deeper leveling system gave the game replayability i see no fault in this game with the exception of the difficulty has been lost perhaps to the liking of some people. achiemnets would be a must for a further sequel as well as levels of difficulty but overall pretty much perfect apart from a few minor nit picks here and there. a well deserved 5/5
