I was an atheist and I now believe in a god, you! I'm waiting for you to make an mmo! Not one on here, but a full mmo! All your games are great!

Dear undefined... One thing that has annoyed me about Protector 4 was the upgrade system. I have always felt its way to complex for what it needs to be. I loved the simplicity of Protector 1, with the upgrades being easily mapped out to understand. While the hero upgrade mechanic is actually not that bad, the unit upgrades are what really annoys me. I ask that in Protector 5 it isn't this complex! Still... The whole series has been a fun ride, I'm giving it a 5/5 simply because it is a Protector game (and it is nice that your using various elements from other games as well).

Something is up with this game. It keeps changing the information stored on my computer for this game to zero and wont save anything. I go into the settings and change it and it just changes it back to zero.

Bug report: A consumable scroll that should change a hero's element is NOT being consumed and NOT changing the affiliated element.

This is when I'm glad i was to lazy to play Protector IV when it was initially released, and then continued to forget about it. Kudos to laziness!!!!

It's just way too complicated to determine weakness/strength vs. skill. All the crazy heroes are tiring as well.
I just don't have the patience for the artificial complications added to "improve" the games - BORING!

Still not liking these games. When you literally cannot beat some of the first missions, regardless of what you do, that's a sign that it needs to be revamped. This game is crap.

Although I love the concepts, the game falls on too much randomness to be fun. If you get the right heros, quests, treasures, then it's fun. If you don't, it becomes frustrating as you play quests over and over and over and over waiting for a decent hero to appear and to skill them up enough to actually go through the storyline quests. I played for 4hrs without ever getting an acid or ice-based hero, failing map after map. Just extremely frustrating. I've played before without as much trouble, but that's my gripe, too random. That being said, it's still one of the best TD games. Not THE best, but up there. 4/5

I am sure this is aw wonderful game but I don't know if I am willing to spend time on it. Because it is exactly like Protector IV but with an update that requires you to start all over. It took forever to get the protectomon, talents, heroes, and faction gains. Just to start over for new missions and a loss of item types? 4/5

I still think that leveling-up your units was perfected in Protector 3. This mini skill tree sucks compared to making your mages either heavy hitters or debuffers, or your warriors either rogues, archers, specializing on berserking, criticalts etc...its cool to have so many heroes with many possible unit setups, but hey, you deploy units that are strong against critter elements and thats it. No more specializing. And thats why I still prefer Protector 3 system. No offense.

Protector is an amazing game, I play it since the first one, and always enjoyed every minute spent on the game. One of my true favorites. 5/5.

My biggest pet peeve about this game is that I have to click on the X to close popup windows (like the skill selection tree or pave tile confirmation) instead of just clicking on the ground. I still love the game though

"and select your most heroic and worthy save slot to begin" "Err... I'll pick left, because I'm left-winged and Left-handed."
