wtf is this? I mean i like the game...but i think there´s a glitch or something. I completed a few quests and started the migration quest...after i lost it i set a highscore. But how is this possible? It´s like ,223,372,036,854,775,807.... wtf? how is that possible? btw: I didn´t use any "cheats" or something like it. So don´t ask me. I just wanna know how i get a impossible highsore only by playing a few maps and then loosing one? :< I wanted to complete the whole game cuz it´s fun but untill i know what happened and till it´s guaranteed that this won´t happen again, i won´t play it :/

Hillfolk Hall still sells Fist of the Folk which changes a heroes element to physical as long as it's equiped. Same for Council's Court (Book of Energy -> energy) and Guild Exchange (Sneakthief's Boots -> poison).

@ gavin rox 3: thanks! I tried "Hold the Gate" like 4 times and finally got Council's Court, although not sure how I got Protector Packs and Village Shop after a quest in the middle of nowhere

i just recieved Tinkerer scroll from a random drop, after having already bought it from a store. Will it enhance the talents effect if i use it, or just burn the scroll to no good end?

Great game, but those bonuses stack a bit too much... an example : my trainee, strength 29, poison, 1hitKOs monsters which are weak against poison, have 40 hp and a stunning 65 armour.

The items that wipe your heroes player take 10% of your exp. So if you have 10000 exp and use the item, you would have 9,000 exp after you use the memory swipe item.

I found something wrong with an item, its called 'Book of Snarf'
These are the stats: Lives +2/ Steal Chance +2%/ Lives +1
Shouldn't it be Lives +3/ Steal Chance +2% ?

Is there a way for you to get the stores? I still only have 4 stores (kingdom, forest friend, mountain man, coastal coin<-appeared seemingly randomly) and would like to be able to buy more stuff now that I have 10% discount on legion/tribe/guild/hamlar/ranger(forest friend) stores...

@Gavin: It's a doubled chance (100% more) to loot, not a 100% chance of looting. The latter would cause severe inventory management problems.

should have a best type like fire on their so i dont have to look at what the creatures strenghts and weaknesses like the old one had it would make the game much more enjoyable i might actually play through it then

This game needs an auto next wave button. Often I've got myself setup to beat the whole map only a few rounds in, and it'd be nice to just let the thing finish on its own.

Is it supposed to be like this. im trying to play "It's good to be bad" and i always get my thiefs their full Pick pocket moves (, 20% chance to steal...). I upgrade it to 20%, then 30% then 50% then 100%, but when i get a kill, i don't get anything from the kills (except about every 4 kills). Also, i have a question. When i upgrade things like "1 bleeding damage per second" and then i get another for 3 bleeding damage, would it stack, like 1 + 3, or just be replaced by the 3?

for the love of God, when does this thing end?! go back to the old map style where you could see the progression and know when there was an end. I've got like 100 frickin flags on this thing and I still dont know if I've won. it not fun anymore either, I just spam units and wait.

Suggestion: The ability to preview a map before you start it. With this and Protector IV (which I also love!!!) I found myself preparing for one kind of fight and ending up in another because pathways were 2 spaces wide which negated a lot of the melee guys that I had planned to bring with me. A map preview before you start a mission would make it a lot easier to strategize. Otherwise fabulous game!

Not being able to sell already placed units is a strategic point of the game. Removing that would make it even easier. :/

I'd like to see the ability to sell units you no longer need. Several times I've had to add low level units when I was saving up for the higher level units, just because that particular wave was overwhelming the units I already had. I'd like to be able to sell that unit when the wave is over.
Also, the website has twice lost my saves so I've had to start the game over. This could be a browser issue - I'm using Opera - but Kongregate had a similar problem last summer with Cursed Treasure.
Is there a downloadable version that could be run under Linux?
