Oh come on - the game is friggin cool but y'all know the little energy symbol looks like a dookey pile. Funny, to me. heh...
On another, non-poopy note, why is the quest aspect of the game no longer progressing? I have finished what storyline quests there are and no other storyline quests seem to be available. Anyone know what's up?

I would like to know why this game is never saved anymoe. Each time I play it now, I have to start a new game. Yet, all the currant acheivements I've gotten since I started playing it last year are listed. Anyone have any ideas? We got a new computer..would that have anything to do with it? I just don't understand it and it makes me mad as I love playing this game but I hate to keep sterting over and over each time now.

Great game, 5/5. Does anyone know whether elemental bonuses are applied before or after armor? ( i.e. 5 dmg vs 5 dmg does 2 dmg or 0 dmg)

I like this game a lot, as is typical for this series, but my god, the inventory (lack of) management is a nightmarish disaster.

@kensteirno There is no sell unit button. This is a hallmark of all the Protector games. The developer has said this encourages players to think about placement rather than just spamming units. Of course it also penalizes clumsy people like me who misclick from time to time.

One thing and one thing only disappointed me in this game: "your" was used where it should have been "you're". Pitty, really; it's such a simple difference.

There really should have been a way to sell units... I have one boss running around in my maze forever because Absorb/Regen from my strongest units heals it waaay faster than poison and other ones can deal damage.

Just a tip, keep ending missions at the very beginning until you get defender jameson and his patrolers, then put all skills into ranged, you can win basically every single quest this way.

If you want protectomons, the great hydra quest is great. Very short quest with high exp rewards and a good chance of getting at least one protectomon per quest. I did the quest 60 times in a few hours and got them all.

For people that have a hard time getting the easy badge "10 critical hits". Here's the easy way.Take your starter hero Alfred -fire element- has a footmen in the default unit that can upgrade the critical hit.Start upgrading the critical strike and strength .Then from there continue upgrading to critical focus, critical thinking.At this point you should have already have 10 critical hits. Hope this helps the easy badge hunters.

On factions: Tyria I often get confused with Protectorate, because "rightful owners of the land" seems Arrogant itself. And similar units. Skaran I often get confused with Chaotic Covenant, since both're mysterious groups doing shady activities. And have similar unit tendencies. Hillhome get confused with Tribes of Gorland, since both're Proud Warrior Races with lots of melee/melee-like units. Additionally, 20 heroes SHOULD be enough, but we're 3 heroes: to have all units, you must have 23 heroes, since there's 46 units, and it's disappointing to choose which six I do not employ. Which apparently will be the Council Spellsword, Council Mage (name?), Tyria Crossbow, Tyria Legionaire, Guild Gentleman, Guild (? don't know the name). Which is kinda annoying.

at start i thought this would be a game of rpg in which we have our player and many people to join us and we have lot and lots of cool quest like killing dragons etc but when i start i was it was just a little defense game 4/5

I have a problem with the game saves... I read that some people have suggested it might be cause I have deleted my cookies or something but honestly I've done that loads of times but the other games I play here retain my saved games... Anyone else got a helpful suggestion? no offense intended

Frequently Asked Questions from the average Newbie:
1) Q: How do I save? A: It auto saves. You don't need (and can't) to do it manually.
2) Q: How do I sell units? A: You can't. Once it's there, it's there for the rest of that battle.
3) Q: How did I lose my saved game then? A: You might have deleted your cookies or cleared out your cache.
4) Q: I don't have any heroes for hire! Help! A: Heroes aren't always around for hire. They'll only be up for hire if you gain better faction relations or complete quests.
5) Q: It says Leadership too low when I try to hire a hero. What do I do? A: Go to your Skill Page (Second from the top, on the side bar). Here, you will see all your achieved talents and your stats. For every hero that you want to hire, you must have (Number of heroes that you want to hire) + (Number of current heroes) eg. You have 8 heroes and you want to hire an additional of 3. Therefore you will need 11 leadership.
