A very good concept transformed into a wonderful game. My pet protector combined with the great TD concept. I hope the next Protector will be even greater. Congratulations for this fantastic game. 5/5

ouch, just updated the flash player, now my saved gamed has gone... anyway, i had a certain dislike for the previous protector games, but this is certainly a step ahead in combining TD and RPG. Still there are some minor aspects, that could be improved. one thing i come across, i found it impossible to use the middle upgrade tree. no matter in which order i choose the two in the second column, i be forced then to pick the upper or lower row...
still 5/5 and fav.

i hate games with lots of fancy things to explore. they keep me hooked for a long time. then my rl gets ruined, again.

Theres a bug in the game where you click a story quest you already have completed and let the scroll with the quest appear and then closes the scroll. When you open the quest scroll again it will reduce the gold you can get from it by half even if you didnt accept the quest.

So much potential... I'm sure it gets fun eventually. Starts off pretty "meh" though, just don't have the attention span to play through the levels to find decent heros. Would be nice if you had some choices to begin with instead of being railroaded through everything. 3/5

Some of the monsters seem to ramp up in toughness then go Immediately back down the next wave. Being limited to the element types you can have kills this game. Stop changing the skills on us.

So, I actually really like the Protector games, and I gave it 5/5, but just to provide a bit of constructive criticism: The game always frustrated me a little because you can never really max out stuff. Its great that you don't need to in order to play, but I wish there were a viable alternative playstyle.
The way it is now, you have to play for a reaaaally long time to get your hero's stats decently high, because there are like 20 stats to level and it takes forever to get one point once you have played for a bit.
In a game a player wants to feel the satisfaction of getting noticeably stronger, all I'm saying is that it would be nice if you could do that at some point or in some way in Protector. I like the balance of leveling units vs leveling them, I'm not saying change that, I'm saying change the way the upgrading system works so it -feels- like you are doing more? Maybe its not possible to balance that, but hey, just an idea.

Considering how vital knowing the pattern of a particular mission is to beating it, it seems a little cheap to have non-story missions vanish after failing them once. What's that? You brought two melee-heavy heroes to a mission (in the name of elemental diversity, or to cover the "weakness" of that stage), and it turns out half of the waves flying? Too bad!
Other than that gripe though, it's a pretty good continuation of the Protector series.

Ive always liked the Protector series, and this game is definantly another great game. However there is something that I would like to see and that is a description of what each of the things you select toward the start of the game does. For instance, what does selecting Forest Dweller do instead of Wandering Bard. However past that it is a great and fun game. 5/5 &fav

I keep getting NaN experience from all quests, success or failure. I've been are 419 for 5 rounds now, its very annoying.

well, i think the idea of having in game achievements which gave you bonus's was a real clincher for number 3, now you removed it and its not as good as number 3

well... i would really really like this game more if i was able to save it somehow.... every time i have to refresh or reopen the site it says no games found even if im decent far in the game makes me a little angry please fix it!!! anyways 5/5 for story and other add ins

Pretty much the most obnoxious enemies in the game are flying high armor monsters since what would normally be your best options for killing them all suddenly suck due to the armor.

9 out of eleven cause you focus on all ranged combat, 905 of the maps ive encountered have flying, 10 level 4 have flying, well ther goes the close combat guys, oh wiat looks like we have a map of all ground guys
nope wait, last guy it air, (sarcasm) screw the ground guy, like usual. make maps where you have a combination of arrows, swords and mages, and maps thats just swords (any elemental, and same with archers) but having maps throughout the whole campaign that it makes you focus on mages, BS

put my opinions in, i like the game i hope for a version whee ranged combat is not the primary focua at thw start of the game, but, ill give it a 9 out of 11

Okay, so I just finished the Ruined Smithy using only fire-type footmen, but didn't earn the Brutish skill...? Pretty sure that's melee-only, just like the earn requirement states...?

I think this game could have benefitted from some female units. I don't mean the heroes - but the actual units placed. Would have added a little bit more diversity. Also, would have been nice to introduce some new elements (Fire, Ice, Energy, Physical, Poison - Could have added Life, Death, etc.)
Adding units that were more for support than damage could add additional elements to the game. Just a suggestion.

awesome. i never really liked the other protector games, they were ok but not really fun to play. this game is actually the shizz. 5/5

for instance of all ur 3 previous protecter games. and not pet protector, u focus 99% on mages and long range, the melee guys are shafted, i play warhammer 40 and warhemmer and i focus on close combat units, and im pretty sure other out there are the same, itd be nice to see some missions/campaigns at the beginning that involve on;y close combat, insted of just "of i can beat this map and this map and 30 other maps with this mage" u focus to much on the mages

Amazing gameplay, story, setup, graphics, need to keep this comment short (leaving in abit) but, play this game here! And play it now! :) 5/5.

its a good game but you seem to focus on the mage attacks and long range attacks, i may not be far enough into the game to see that you start focusing on the strictly ground attacks, but so far 90% of the maps ive passed have been because of mages, not archers/crossbowmen, or warriors or knights, might be nice to balance that out......mind you im not that far into the game yet, so i dont know if you have done that later in the game or not

Seeing the comments i can see that this game is a good one, but upon openly the Protectopedia my eyes started to water lol
