This game just became my favorite game because of the "Suit Up" skill. "You're suitted up in a Stintson Suite!" How I Met Your Mother references, ftw!

i did not fail and get paid nothing i guess it was a mistake to put the tyria legion fire units after i was nearly finished in the wiping the slate quest. aa bunch of warlocks abruptly overpowered by numbers the defenders.seems the game always pulls a trick of adding 15 waves to ten or increasing the numbers of the last wave or the timing is off. notice in magiclt deliccious and sealing the rigft quests

Born of Fire tower defence pillars of night, blood falls, and other strategy quests should be easy to put into merc iv.v or the flag of the base camp into that game then follow usual click n potrait and hire hero motif.
using the send function should be able to send to other game or the import army from slot of other game that nerdook uses.also put the healer ranger unit from legend of void cleric into merc iv.v. shouldd be able to put mercenaries in the dubngeon and use engineers to destroy the dubgeon and rescue prisoners.again understood computer tech is hard to match to desire. of course the makers of the game Green Beret castle defence could create a base camp and hoffer services of Green Berets for merc iv.v. u.s. army rangers and obvious match for Rangers of Flitwind.

Handa of war, cursed gems, contract killers, red team, sas zombie assult,wild defence,azteroth defence, heroes of mangara ,squares and blades, fantast komnander, chromaars, tactics core 100, leon ars, legend of cladera ,arkandian crusade and arkandian revenant, medivael wars, and hex empire ofer ideas in hexagons matched against stationary click and place style of merc iv.v. perhaps hexagon pixilation or some such can be used. awesome gosts vs. zombies another potential quests contract.also pitting the heroes avvailble in merc iv.v gainst the Third Reich of germany should create a qust which would take some time. perhaps a storline of stoppig sss assault on goblins in the mountains. say a bliktz krieg quest wiith first aircraft then tanks then mobile anfantry. five waves long should suffice. maybe could put lenin and stalin in the game aqcuired by leadership points. some Anarchists as well

Too bad the developers in the adverure fantasy section do not talk to each other there is a lot of quest and game potential there. pet protector 1-3 as new storyline quests in merc iv.v, legend of vid 1 and 2, epic war 3.hands of war tower defence. . should be easy to put a rifle unit for hire in merc iv.v but have not figured out how to do that yet in web search .eqipped with armour piercing he rounds should win most games.and naturally mounted archers or dragon lancers or flying viking ships for hire .heimdall is good for that. understood if capacity of makers of merc iv.v does nor extend that wat. a dragon cave quest abd contracts offered bt Red Dragons would be nice. premise if succesfull hiredd to train peasant army to establish republic destroying the knights adversaries of Red Dragons.

to keep leadersship high avoid the ranged bonus, mercantile, swords skill,and charm. all points invested in these detract from leadership. the game maniplates you into investing in ranged for archers or sword skill.
could save three points anyway by putting fire,energy, and poison skills for advisor gordon and cross bow as secondary for sir albert the footman or primary cross bow and sword secondaryy. the old fashoned games where can use numbers 1,2,and 3 work better. 1 being bow 2 sword and third spear or ax. were thre aay to use the skill trees ingame for this would be good. also the fire temples from cursed gems, rifles,and the orc nests from cursed gems would be nice i suppose nerdookwill make such a game already have the monster legions game. could easily add rune raiders from retro 64 game the fork throwing waitress, the knife thrower ,centaur.that way have basic units o place for 23 gold after 200 gold hire price instead of the single hero for 200 gold.

i did not fail the quest with Jumping frog i see someone has been rigging the game to make fire have no effect on palidiundead palidins and zombies. uppgrading skills seems to follow the old trick of removing the fire effect by shifting some zeroes around to read void.

I really, really want to give this game five stars but there are several issues holding it to four.
One - needs a pause (preferably where the units can be placed and upgraded while paused).
Two - needs a quest restart.
Three - needs the ability to remove/sell units from the battlefield.
Four - needs a development tree for each unit with a description of the abilities. I've looked all over the bad guy descriptions and I can't find with a buff ability/trait so what is a debuff?

best thing is not to upgrade cross bow units because lose due to not enough gold to pay to pave stones to get units in cross fire and enough cross bow units to over power all enemies.should use a machine gun nest or tank or air force or dragfon lancers if expect effective combat

I actually came back on this new account to replay the game and run for the hard badge. Nearly at the second one, and I still enjoy this game a lot! Thank you, developer, for this lovely game, which remains fun to play even today. Truly an equal, and pershaps greater than GemCraft Labyrinth, which is one of my favorite Flash games of all times. 5/5

Still a good series..nothing changes much though. The only real issues I have is the upgrade trees are too complicated when its for a single character that resets every battle. The other thing is the flying enemies. If you end up missing that a flying wave is coming and aren't prepared, you can end up with only units that cant hit them at all. Lastly, what happened to enemies circling back around once they reached the end? Still a decent TD game though.

Aw damn, i put the wrong points on a character. Lets used the forgetting scroll and redistribute the exp. Oh, it just gets rid of it all and it still cost me the same exp to raise skills. F*cking stupid

I've noticed a lot of times the preview of what a wave is going to be on the main map and then when you get into the mission are completely different. For instance I picked an archer for a mission that on the main map had around 9 waves that would be flying and when I get into the mission, only 4 waves were flying....... what gives?

Great Game. I recommend waiting around till Instructor Irina shows up and rocking EVERYTHING with Engineers and the occasional Augmented. Uh yeah. Boom. Heh. p.s. this one plays better than 4.5.

Eugh, I was really looking forward to this game at the start of it, picking my character and such. And then when the first level started I was truly disappointed, the graphics are just terrible. And this comment will probably get downrated.

As this series progresses, it gets increasingly complex. Personally, I reckon this one takes it too far. Especially with the upgrading system. It just feels clunky to me because I'm so used to the one from Protector I through III.
