Regardless of my cheap strategy, still love it! I replay all these game trying to only use or focus one type. Thanks Undefined, you ass holes, you ruined all other tower defense/strategy rpg element games for me!

Its actually realy easy to go through the entire game using only trainee kirana's mages, just change the element every now and then

I was close to finishing the storyline and had started over on another save file, i came back to finish it off... AND THEY ARE GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!! :( :( :( WAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

Second play through. Upgrades seemed to be a waste the more I strategized. I just got a caster hero with a wizard basic unit. I'd just fill the screen with them and not upgrade. beat every map with ease. I would change the element with an item when needed. Maxed out my caster and then went on to elemental. 'Strong against' stops mattering pretty early with the amount of basic damage you can do. Just make sure you dont have element on when a wave has absorb. Use an item to switch.

A little advice for people new to this game. Build a solid defense of around 10 guys or so before doing any upgrading. The first five or so rounds arent a problem at all for conscript units, which is long enough to get a good, solid defense, then start upgraing, and soon you'll have more money than you can spend on upgrades, use this towards paving certain tiles in strategic locations and building elite units on them.

Best TD ever! I completed all the achievements on Nov, 8,2010 and I am still playing the same game trying to unlock everything. I have close to 25 hours into the game and can't get enough. Very fun and rewarding! Please don't stop making Protector games.

Has anyone else noticed how on some levels you have a mega-strong front attack, but if anything gets past them, your back defense is so sucky that you get a load of monsters running through and draining your life? Since this happened to me so often, I made two solutions: One, build from back to front (still untested so please don't scream at me) and Two, less effective, Use the 100gp cost units in the back and normal units in the front. I have tested this on one map and found it works, but it is not impenetrable. + If this helped you so it can help others.

I was wondering why was all the hero a fire hero. because on the information page, there was a huge 'Fire Hero' button. Nevertheless, i figured it out........

Easy Way to get proctetomons rate + to firs page
Get a Hero with the unit scavanger or gentleman chage its elemental to poison and keep doing the great hydra level units get easy exp level up teh scavanger/gentleman skill scavanger repeat that level a lot of time and you will get easy protectomons i got 5 in one level thanks to that trick

Consecration increases damage against enemies that have a strength against your Heroes element. After three consecration boosts (which can be reduced by the Elemental stat on your Hero), your heroes effectively have an elemental advanage over two elements. (please + to keep it up, so many people ask this.)

It would be a great idea if when you looked at the stats for a unit on the field, it would show you the actual damage it deals to a non-resistant enemy with all the bonuses taken in to account.
The same would hold true for looking at each of the units in the Hero scroll.

a really good game, just a tip, add a system at the satrt of your journey so that when you choose your skills and alliance or team, so that it is more appealing to yourself as of what force you'd like to join

Use equipment to get passed the skill cap(20) to get 35 tactics and you've got an epic hero. If combined with 20 logisitics and 20 leadership you need a new hobby and a screen shot for yahoo images. :)

After leveling up leadership I noticed a big difference in the heroes that came. Maybe thats the stat associated with it.

my only objection to this game i can think of is the achievement screen: it's very messy. you should order them properly.

when the energy wizars (or trainee) attacks we see enegy blast from his hands. But sometimes I like to switch elemental afinity into physical and then we don't see any blast... It would be great if (when switching wizards afinity into physical) a black blast should be visible, like black magic

I would like if player would be able to "merge" 2 items into 1 (maybe in order to do that, player should have to collect a certain amount of points) like in "Gemcraft"
