one thing I like about this game is that your units wont waste shots, if one units shot will kill the monster the other one wont shoot saving its shot to the next monster

the themes of each level dont really make sense, but apart from that this game is a great way to pass a lot of time. 5/5, two thumbs up, and a :)

@imaloony: I think it means you don't get to retry *right away*. It'll come back; there are only so many side missions, they repeat.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
My god... Tell me, why is it a good idea to not let me retry side missions I fail? I should at least have the option. Yeah, maybe it's not "Realistic", but I really don't care. I just want to retry the mission.

@xxasultxx It counts how many storylines you have completed. There is only one storyline. Until you complete all the red quests, you have not completed any storylines. If it did it differently, it would be revealing the total number of story quests, destroying the mystery. (That's my take, anyway.)

i found a bug.
once you finish a quest and sell your items and then hit menu and then hit continue, you wont have the gold you would have gotten from the items you sold and you wont have the items. please fix?

@Black_Death1400: The steal bonus only applies if the unit itself can even try to steal in the first place. Get a hero who can recruit cutpurses.

Fun, though most the quests seemed easy. In the future, a few hard quests with some strategy involved (where you can't just pick one element and use it for the entire level) 5/5, though ut could be better...

I was wondering if The Guild has any advanced heroes other than the Shadowdancers or if anyone else has looting unit with a good attack?

It seems to me the Hard "Stranger with Arkandia Badge" doesn't take count of my "red storyline quests" :( Anybody else?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
finished the game in 2 sessions á 2 hours, which makes a badge completition time of 4 hours total. i think its a pretty fun game, although in the end it became much easier than i thought in the beginning. all the time, i was waiting for the big final map with 50 waves of big monster, so when i reached the final level and beat it first try, i was kind of disappointed. great game anyway!
btw. i only found 2 protectomons yet, is there something i'm doing wrong, because i'd really like to collect all of them, but don't want to play like 500 games to do so.

i have +15% steal for a hero and only used units from that hero for a 20 wave level and havnt stolen any gold yet...any1 know how to steal gold???

I'm not sure what you did, but somehow, when I end a level, the music I'm listening to on Pandora Radio stops playing until I pause and un-pause it. How the hell did you do that?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Does anyone know what the protectomons are or how to get them? Because I've been playing for a long time and I still got nothing.

PROTIP: Get a hero with high beginning stats when you can, that also has ranged/magic units. Get elemental switch items for each element. Only level up that hero. I haven't ran into any problems with this method yet. If you *do* need a 2nd element, then that's still only up to 3 heroes you have to train instead of 1 per element.

this game just got a 5/5 from me. it was already good, but then i got the "SUIT UP!" achievement. that sealed the deal for me.

This really is a pretty good game. It distills the basics of a good RPG into a compact, online form. Granted, the upgrade structure offers way too many branches to go down, and it makes getting a initial grasp of the overall concept of the game a bit daunting of a task. Once you get an approach to the game that you like, it's a pretty nice game, especially for TD/RPG hybrid fans. This is a hybrid that focuses more on the RPG than the TD elements.

there are a few things that really bother me in this game, one is that physical and fire are by far the best and most useful units, and poison is nearly useless in almost every level. another thing is that advanced units are rarely worth the money. And 3, mele units are inferior to range units. Other than that I liked the game, all the different units you could use, all the powerful artifacts you could collect, It all added up to be a rather enjoyable game.

Several of the talents seem impossible to get -- you can't buy them at the store and they never drop. Also where can I buy a player skill reset. There's no way to get the skill talents otherwise. I'd have to play thousands of games.

It is far too easy to completely obliterate almost any level with the right type of unit. Just check the waves on any level for absorbs and strengths, and pick the right element accordingly.

another great game, undefined. the other protector games were great but this 1's awesome. i must say i can't stop playing this!

The battles are TOTALLY unbalanced, it generally goes that I dominate for the first 14/15, 9/10, 19/20 without losing a single life then I get crushed on the very last wave, making it a little harder is okay, but that's too big of a difference.
