I... Can't stop playing... God help me. I really don't think the game is that much fun... I just can't stop, I can't. 5/5

Yeah, I've noticed the oddity of flyers with weakness to dexers.... Oh, the cruel irony ;)
I'm running on a Mac using Firefox, and I have no lag issues.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Huge lag on a mac ... happens in Firefox, Safari, and Opera. It's a good computer, too, something else is wrong.
I like the game (on windows) though!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
yeah gork i had the same problem...except i had unlocked necromancer and thats it's absorb element (electric) and i had like 5 of them each did at least 100dmg normally, and one did 300+ it was so upgraded, so I was screwed

I feel like this game isn't balanced correctly. I was doing "The Lighthouse" and only leaked a few all the way through. Made it all the way to the last wave but couldn't kill the last boss. Regenerated health too fast... I didn't really feel this boss scaled with the rest of the waves....

Absoloutely, as Solistus says - I'm very commited to taking care of any issues you come across, it's just some of them will take a bit of time, it's only been up 2 days at this point, and the first few days of a release are the busiest.
There is nothing more valuable to me than good feedback from players, even if it's just to poke fun of my grammar!

Deity...You use your "skill" points to unlock them. Yeah, I wasn't paying attention to that aspect of the game either until I simply couldn't beat one of the levels. It's actually a very cool part of the game, just a bit under-explained.

Crusader: no, please DO mention the glitches you speak of. There's the left click bug and some users have lag. Are there other issues that need to be resolved? They can't be fixed if nobody tells the developer!
Seksi: space is a critical resource. 15 basic units take 15 squares. 1 advanced unit takes 1 square. If you have tons of paved space in good spots to use, lots of basic units is better, but in most cases if you can afford a Necro they're pretty sweet, especially on levels with a small number of spaces that are significantly better than the rest (e.g., only a few spaces that can hit both lanes).

Love the game, needs badges. I'm going to toss my hat in the "absorb is too powerful" ring. I try to have a good mix of dmg, but if I get a fire absorb mob it'll just wipe the floor with me because my fire mages do(heal) the most dmg by far.

One thing I am thinking..the specialists cost a lot and I know it's been said but I personally think 15 regular towers > 1 specialist. Maybe add a skill to get extra gold from kills or lower the specialist by 100 or so?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
this is seriously the best tower defense game I've ever played, btw the lag are really annoying but when firefox is used no problems at all..

Much more polished looking than the old version, what a pleasant surprise. However, it is a little ways off from satisfactory! >:I
Absorb makes me cry, but I guess I should just go cry some more.
In any case, the largest problem, of course, is how time consuming it is. I've tried things like surfing the internet and leaving the level on, but that makes me lose lives, and there really should be a better solution, you know?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Im not sure if this game is actually better than defender. The only difference is that this is harder, more complicated, stuff cost more, and mages are too weak.

is there a way to save your progress, i'll always come back to the start (the tutorial done though, and high score saved) i d like to save my progress, my skill etc...

I'm not a kid. I don't have a lot of free time. I come here to play a game for a few minutes while taking a break from my consulting work. I really enjoy this game, but I agree with some other comments...There needs to be a way to speed up the game. Time is money.

The other way to fix the click bug is to click the "sound" button at the top of the screen twice, then you can click like normal again.

Very awesome game. Bit tough to get the handle on for about 15 minutes but once you get the set-up ready it gets challenging. Seems a bit tricky to get the upper-class fighters though. 4.

2/5 I would've given it a 4 or 5 if it were easy to play. What i mean is it is way too hard to select anything. I'm trying to upgrade a necromancer of mine, but i cant even select it because it's behind another guy.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I think I figured out the clicking bug. If you click an enemy, then sometimes you can't select anything else until you click on another enemy. But once you click on another one you can get control back of your mages etc.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Okay, I've figured out that the one thing you can click on once the bug hits is an enemy. After that, the bug goes away.

major bug: Sometimes I lose the ability to click on any tiles. I can still click on stuff on the interface, but not tiles. So no new units and no upgrades. I think it happens if I'm trying to click on something right as the level ends.

cool game oh and tenshi when you cant click any of your men click an enemy (i had that issue but when i clicked an enemy it cleared up)

a few tips:
be flexible. Always have a few spaces, some extra cash on hand, and a plan for increasing your damage should the current wave prove to strong.
Be balanced. I like to have at least some generalists and specialists from all four elements, and of course a few (but not too many dexers). Also balance your damage around the map, and don't be afraid to pave quite a few squares.

Here's a tip for those of you who can't beat the Lighthouse because of the final boss: Spam him with Dexers :P
Also, for those of you who want a sell button: Use the Pave feature instead.

At some points, like after canceling to put a mage.
I cannot select ANY mage on screen.
So I cannot upgrade them
nor can I ADD any new mages after that.

at1989-"It’s okay, bad thing is that spells don’t stack, unrealistic."
unrealistic? really? shooting fire or poison or ice or pure energy from your hands? your kidding?
haha its all cool though man
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
It's very, very slow paced. Maybe a nice compromise between selling and not-selling would be the ability to 'turn off' a few mages... like ordering a 'hold!'. I know that makes things tough against Absorbers, but since you don't know what's coming until you've played it, this prevents your colossal waste of time if you happen to focus 'too much' on any one element.
I will say, this is a really, really nice and polished sequel. Love the rpg/puzzlequest map. Needs save features :(
