crappy TD game. i dont see what you guys see in this. 2/5 for poor money mangement extrem ease or difficulty on a few levels and it just disappoints

@ckugar: absorb means that the creature gains health if hit by the respective mage. For instance, if a creature's strength is blue, and it's an absorb, it will gain health when attacked by a blue mage.

If you knew anything about Sun Tzu and the time period - which was one of great conflict - you'd notice the book was meant for war. Of course, it helps in all walks of life as well.

sun tzu wrote the art of war, yes. but what people dont understand is that book has nothing to do with "war" I own the book, its for business men. It describes how you can defeat other business and push yours to the top, in fact many business executives say they owe their success to that book.

This game is closest attempt for a perfect DefenseGame,I am not really writing comments at all but I should say everyone this game is AWEEESOME when you understand all aspects of game,I played it once a year ago and i didn t like it but now when I understood how it all works i say: 10/10 for Protector Series,the best game(s) on Kongregate...
and by the way I think we need at least Protector IV and V,there are a lot of more ideas that could be placed in this awesome game....

Love this game! It's one of those 1.05 defense games, where I can win a medium badge without excessively consuming walkthroughs. Funny characters, too. Overall speed is not so slow, since sometimes you have to think about crucial placements during a wave. And marathons usually are not quite meant to be short. - P.S.: Who is Sun Tzu?

@asarrock: You have to unlock them first in the skill menu. On the map screen click on "skills" in the top of the screen.

omg, marathon 40 waves takes a day long, this game needs either a fast forward button or just at least waves that comes automatically and without a need to click a button so one can go away from computer while game is running and just let it run in background lol.

Tip about dexers: always generalize them. The crit bonus doesnt make up for the lack in power. The average damage at lvl 5 is 84 for a pure generalized and just 58 for a pure specialized.
