Dexer's critical strike needs to be balanced. I did some experimenting with them and I found out that overall, a group of dexers with critical strike (regardless of level) do about 5-10% less damage than a group with general upgrades.

lol i hate it when there r 2 mage sin range of exit and 2 enemies r coming right next to each other, front one with full heath back one with like 1 healh, and they try to kill the full healt which is hopeless, and the 1 health one gets through :(

I jsut completed Hard Marathon, the game says I have won 23 Maps. The badge stats show I have done 22, is this a bug? How can I fix it and win the badge, all maps have a gold star. This is a little disappointing to say the least.

Finally beat it. Very fun all the way through, but I have to admit the reply value is probably not very high. Reading people's comments is the most entertaining thing now!

Great game, with some minor problems. Faster gameplay would be nice, also not being able to sell towers is the biggest problem. Not selling towers is supposed to make the game more challenging, but sometimes it's extremely frustrating, like when you accidentally build a tower in the wrong place and have to restart the level after like 20 mins of gameplay. I still gave it 5/5 though, this game is fun and ADDICTIVE!

This isn't a bad one. A basic defense game that can keep me satisfied for a half an hour is good enough in my opinion. i give it a 3 out of 5 simply because there isn't much innovation.

It uses these various symbols to indicate what the enemy units are weak, strong and immune to... but what the heck do the symbols mean? I can figure out a few, but some aren't clear to me. Anyone know? Why isn't that posted in the Protectapedia?

dire: There's a yellow arrow on the bottom left hand of the map screen. Click that and it'll bring up a numberical list of the waves. Clicking on a wave number will show you strengths and weaknesses as well as special properties.

Im not sure if its been said yet, but once you complete 15 levels it is ridiculously easy. I was able to complete the game, first try every time, almost exclusively using red mages with Ultimate Mastery

At tgas, on the map that i made two paladins I had never completed it before, but i was able to beat this first try. Do I need to have the pally's and necro's on the same map? It says I don't need to on the badge info. Also, the game has two names for paladins, right? Chiv Dexers and Paladins. Or am I putting the wrong tower down.

it means the same skill wont stack on the same enemy, but each enemy can be poisioned, electrucuted and frozen at same time unless imune

Nevermind, I refreshed but only got 1 badge. The 5-map one, and it was a pain in butt to put those necros and paladins in. Grr. Where's my other badge.

to gain the badge you need to put the paladins and necros on a level you havent defeated yet. you can start a new game if you wish tp do it in earlier levels.

I just beat my 5th level, the 40-wave easy level, and I had 2 necromancers and 2 paladins on it. I didn't get either badge, what's wrong?
I'm not having any lag right now and the green dot above my chatbox is green.

In response to oconp88, you don't always notice it when an individual unit gets frozen by himself, but if you compare him to an unfrozen unit, the difference in speed is obvious. I have unfrozen units passing up frozen units all the time.

I believe how it works, is that there is no stacking between mages of the same type, If someones hit by 2 poison mages they can only be poisoned once.
But between two different types of mages it'll stack.

In Dire's defense, he was right about one thing: you can't see immunities before the level starts. Solution: focus on generalists. They do more damage anyway.

Doesn't seem like flying enemies are considered immune to sword attack. They are strong against something else PLUS immune to sword...kind of screws up the balance. And does frost actually work? I have yet to notice any change in unit speed.

someone may have mentioned this already, but in the protectopedia it says that stacking is not possible. yet, one of the tips that pop up under the map says the opposite. i believe the mistake is in the protectopedia as it seems to me that special attacks do indeed stack.

Solanum, either you are somehow playing a version of the game from before February 9th, or you completely missed the new feature called the "Wave Browser". While you are actively playing a map, there is a color coded list of all future waves right above your HUD at the bottom. When you click on a number, it will pop up with a bar showing all the vital statistics for that wave (minus health, gold, and xp rewarded). The tricky part , that took me a good 5 or 6 maps to realize, is to choose another wave for information you first have to click on the information bar for the current wave to "minimize" it.

it would be nice if you added a little number in the top corner of the tower showing what lv he is. it wold also be nice with a little "S" or "G" next to the number showing wether the tower is based on generalist upgrades or specialist upgrades.

rainer, the purple mages reduce the target's elemental resistance by that %. So all other nonphysical attacks do more damage.
Also, were you guys dropped on your head when you were little? The wave browser can show you all waves. And you don't even need it, there are people who beat the game before it was put in. It's annoying that dumbasses like dire just jump to walkthroughs because they suck.

Hyppy, -_-. You can see that info only at the start of waves. You cant come up with a proper strategy if you have no idea whats to come. One wave can end it all. What SHOULD be added is a feature that shows the next 3, maybe 4, waves like most other games of this kind. At least that will give more people a better chance.
