That awkward moment when one enemy knifes two of your rangers, shoots another and calls in a care package from his kill streak. *sarcasm*

Too little action, too slow paced to keep you interested. This I can only tell you after playing through 3 missions and taking forever.

@milomike, if you're next to your dead/wounded radio man's body you use your hotkeys to select him and use his radio and equipment. if not after maintaining radio silence HQ would send a Huey to the main LZ but you'll get an xp penalty if that were to happen
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I carry two radios, in case one of the radiomen gets killed, anyone knows any other way to make it out of there if you have no radio?

Pilots should be player-controlled. It is very hard to make sure they get extracted when the pilot is just roaming around while everyone else, including the guy he's following is making their escape.

There needs to be a way to take away skills, like for example, I just gave the wrong upgrade to a Ranger. Damn! He really needed that extra demo skill and I gave it up. There should also be a count of how many XP points you have to assign to your men. Anyway, good game! Been around since the beginning and it just keeps getting better and better.

We got flanked by a dishka (Machine gun emplacement), lost one man, the rest ran. Then we found another dishka a few meters from the first one. We called an airstrike, but a stray bomb hit 2 of our guys. Only 1 was left. It was time to call in a secondary evac.Little did I know, I accidentaly called he evac chopper in right next to another dishka.
Dishka:4 Recon:0

It'd be nice if bird dog either marked things on the map or gave your rangers a bonus to spotting the asset it spotted. Otherwise it can take a while to find the asset bird dog tells you about.

I feel the game has you go blindly into missions wyou wouldnt be, so I propose:
pilot rescue-plane emits a retransmit signal similar to retransmit missions. The closer you are to the plane you are the more powerful the signal
attack/defend firebase-these usually aren't a problem, but it'd be nice to see a marker on the map where the base is if for nothing, but realism purposes
dead drop-show where package is on map, they wouldn't send a team to recover a dead drop with absolutely no idea where it is
recon ao-to get "area covered" *all* team members must set foot on it and this makes the task of reconing a AO far harder than it should if *any* member goes through an area it should be reconed. This would allow people to either spread teams out and recon faster or send one more experienced member out to recon more safely

In Wiretap, if even one enemy sees you, the mission is a failure.
Strengthen your stealth game, have 0 heat, and maybe wait until you're Captain rank, as it unlocks secondary LZ extracts, before trying this mission. It's pretty difficult.

I got all my men on board after getting the pilot but he didn't get on so I failed the mission as we left without him. After I quit the game and removed my 5 stars to a 3.

@CychoMantis — Search up Mud and Blood: Vietnam. It's quite old, but it was probably the first MnB game to be released to the Web.

@KillerHP — As ninjaace said, the Huey choppers didn't hang around. In fact, I read a book written by a real LRRP ("Eyes Behind the Lines" by Gary Linderer), and he said that chopper pilots during Vietnam encouraged Rangers to get on board in less than 7 SECONDS if possible. Staying down too long would only further increase the risk of the mission being compromised, and the chopper getting hit by enemy fire. Anyway, in the game, you should try to make sure to reach your LZ BEFORE calling in an evac if possible, and yes, others in first. POW's and pilots board faster as they only need to reach the edge of the chopper blades to be brought on.
No, you can't swap inventory items. The best you can do is carry dead Rangers around to use their items. To use another Ranger's items, click on the equipment button and click on the little arrows below the selected Ranger's picture. Keep clicking until you find the equipment of the other Ranger you want. Note that the Rangers have to be close.

could do with a handy shortcut, like G for grenades. half the time i get picked off while searching for the guy with them. Love the game though.

Sorry, No Item swapping so far.
TIP for Choppa boarding. POW or Pilot need to board first. They will automatically run to the choppa once it landed.
Huey's did not hang around in hot zones.
The game is suppose to be as realistic as possible.

I was in a mission to rescue POWs and I founded after 1 hour in Laos...and just 2 of them...I was going to the LZ then I called the chopper...he camed and all of my 3 guys ( one was holding the 4th ranger ) got in the heli and one of the POWs was comming and then the heli just start going up and didnt wait for the POWs that was next to it...just a few inchs...and then I got mission failed because of it... :/ Urbz the Heli need to wait more....cause I loose missions just because the pilot dosent wait for my guys.....and the POWs move too much!!!

@noobslloar — This game demands constant attention. At any moment, you may fall into a firefight or step on a trap while walking. Better to avoid that.
A speed-up button only adds to the risk.
@17932615 — There are actually multiple songs in the equipment screen, each of which playing when certain parameters (heat, etc.) are at a certain level. You may've heard "Long Tall Sally" by Little Richard, though, which seems to happen to play quite frequently.

Really good game with great potential, but I can definitly tell it's beta, a bar showing my men and there statuses would be nice also showing dead and visible enemies on the map would also improve it greatly. Just as a balence issue to I think you should start with 8 guys (2 full patrols) and move up from there. Also a full blown tutorial would greatly improve playablity. Finally when I use 5 to select my men and move them they should move in the formation they are selected in.

Spent an hour walking around in the first mission to uncover 37% of the AO and kill 9 enemies. Couldn't figure out where my supply drop had landed because i didn't have a map (that I could find) and had to search around for my LZ. Failed the mission. GG.
