Even today I still play this game. It's still as good as ever. Although the Hex Empire 2 can't be played offline, this is much simpler than the HE2...

Shame HE3 turned out to be pay2play and basically civ5 with only combat and happiness. The dev's just haven't learned we want exactly this with bigger maps, smarter AI options, and map customization.

dont u just love it when u are about to close in with like 5 99 tanks and the enemy is frieking out?
