That item steal was an op move. if he just continued to instakill one each turn it would be possible to defeat him. Nice story tho, deep meaning and also jokes included :)

the storyline is very unique and interesting, but it lags really bad, i don't have sound, the interface to get items causes me to pump up way to often and combat feels very repetitive. i love vasentJ but this doesnt feel like his best work by any means

Well, I finally got around to playing the whole game...and...
IT'S A HUGE PILE OF AWESOME! ^_^ Man, I hope in the next chapter we're given at least SOME clues as to who that bandage psycho at the beginning and end is in the next chapter.

It is indeed a really cool game, but when I try to open the menu (pressing Esc or the right mouse button) it stops working and says: IndexSizeError Index or size is negative or greater than the allowed ammount, so I can't play or save

1. good game
2. will hex get a heal ability again?(like in the demo)
3. i thought the medival cop serie will be finished first will they both continue in turn?

Can anyone tell me what is the big deal with this game?, the story seems interesting and it has some hilarious moments but all that goes down the drain because of the battles, they are completely useless, you dont win experience, you dont get stronger, you cant use your money to purchase better equipment, so basically battles are just there to annoy, not to have fun, this is basically an interesting story with unnecessary battles in the middle.

Axioms are universal truths that include: All right angles are equal, given two points you can draw a straight line between them and anyone who doesn't rate a VasantJ game five stars are fools.

is it just me or just spamming random skill attacks does all the work? you never seem to run out of bottled water or med kits even if you never buy any. love the story

so, is it possible to load our game on the downloaded version? or do we have to start over when we download the updated version?

The message that a player is at the end of the demo is still present. Also, I think that Pulse should have called Rory's motivation petty rather than tragic and cool because that's what it is. He would still approve anyway.

That story... The Soundtrack to fit with the underlying pain... I feel like whoever created the story and the character... Is writing about my dreams. This was simply outstanding. I cannot wait for Part 2!!!!!!! A SOLID 5/7!!!!!

In hindsight, the song "Welcome to the city" takes on a whole different meaning when you listen to the lyrics in the full context of the entire game.

Hey, I tried to play this but for some reason not everything is happening automatically. I think you forgot to implement the idle system.

Super awesome storyline. Amazing, couldn't stop. Not enough stars to rate properly. Can't wait for the next. Also nice integration of previous material (Diary of a cat).

Gameplay is pretty solid but the writing is boring, cliché, and in places just cringy.
This wouldn't be so much of a problem, but the dialogue makes up too large a portion of the game for it to be unobtrusive.

Looking at the original AntiVillain, I can see how you improved since then and more. This has the humor of Medieval Cop, now with some good old deadpan snarking and some integration to one of your first games, Diary of a Cat. I hope we can get a chance to meet Rory's ex in a future episode!

I can't choose the ennemy I want to aim, it's automatic and it seems stuck on one target during the whole fight.
Is it a bug or have i forget a button?

Very good game, as I have come to expect from all of your projects. The only thing I personally would like to see altered is actually gaining experience and levels. That addition just makes all of the battles seem more worthwhile to me. Without that the fodder battles feel like they are only delaying the story rather than offering something in return for the time they take.

In addition, there was such a severe lack of things to do with your money come the late game. No weapons or armor to buy. You just wound up with such a ridiculous number of items that threats were rare.
The late game ghosts were almost a slog, as they were less a threat and more a distraction.
The lack of any form of skill tree of leveling up was also a bit of a background peeve.
it makes me wonder what there is to be transferred honestly.
I don't know if these are a side effect of the multi-part game format or not, but they irked me a bit. I still loved the game, there were just lots of things I felt could have been better.
Also, pet peeve: why couldn't any of the future party members be statused in their fights?

I'm torn. There's a lot I like, and a lot I dont
I like the additions to the early game story, and the plot that's unfolding is a very interesting one. The characters are amazing, and the dialogue hilarious. I especially liked the corrupted ghosts holding dream's thoughts
that said, the gameplay itself felt... lacking at times.
I honestly preffered the prequel/oneshot's system of combat with the minigames to hit.
...TBC

Not even through the bank yet. 999.5/5 So many clever design decisions, and soon as I saw the menu screen I was like OH confirmed made by same guy as medieval Cop. Whats blinding attacks all about though? they don't seem to do ANYTHING!?!? superpowers transcend eyesight I guess. even in security guards and robots.

man the song Welcome to the city fit so well with this game I loved it. For those who want the full welcome to the city song its by Neffex.

you know when you are gonna face opponents when there is a narrow passage with 1 or more certain squares you have to pass to proceed

Good work! I like the new levels and how story plot has evolved! Keep up the great work! Even so not all jokes and puns work for me, but that's ok. Some messages in the first new mission (horsemen) are broken. They don't show up correctly, you should correct the line break in the Maker messages to fix them. Happens to me too from time to time. The rest of the game was good and I haven't seen any glitches. One last feedback - I'm swimming in money and items. Maybe adjusting this would be a good idea, or make possibilities to spend this money in say an apartment or a car ;).
