Bulletlist:
- Clunky exposition
- Story tries to appear deep, only to lead to being disappointingly shallow (either make your world and characters more complex or remove the "edge" from villians)
- Story tries to be humorous and deep at the same time WAY too often. Don't do 50/50. You either make a deep, sobering story with few funny notes or a hillarious comedy with some drama points. The author clearly cannot decide on one way to handle it all so he just flip-flops between a comedy, a criminal, a drama and psychological drama/horror.

not gonna lie the receipts threw me completely off since the teacher said they weren't allowed but you still had to pick them so i ended up picking everything else first thinking there was no way he uses them there

Is there a God? Well, that is up to the people. Personally, something like or same as God does exist but not enough evidence is to prove it.

@weirdness3 yeah, and also he's the only new character important enough for actual dialogue and backstory. We already know it's not Polly, Tira, or Dregg, so unless it's the teacher, really only one possibility.

Teacher:"Solve this murder case on your own!"
Dregg: "Done"
All: "WHAAAAAAAT?!"
Dregg: "He is his own murderer, so to speak. He faked his death after arranging a beneficiary to receive his life insurance"
Teacher: "How do you know this?!"
Dregg: "He's not dead. I just heard him talk."

Honestly, seeing Dregg as a young adult here, he's even more attractive in this installment because he seems somewhat witty in a lighthearted way and is more uplifted than in previous games. I feel like he's somewhat feeling much better than either in childhood or adulthood so he probably scowled a lot less since he's at a time of his life where he was still young and also just starting to take direction and cement the beginning stages of his formal career in becoming a Rightian cop. But then again, I'm writing this before I've even started the mock murder scene investigation that his teacher is tasking him to do on his own.

Another fantastic addition. Even if the present storyline is stalled, I really don't mind if I get to see more Polly, Tira, and Dregg group dynamics. Humor is still on point as always.

"Use your brain, idiot...! Why would the killer touch his own toxic weapon. What do you think he used to hold it?"
"Chopstick"

I'm amused at Gru's description of Dregg at the end. Feels like it was spoken as a metaphor, but it is far closer to the truth than Gru knows!

Wow Tira's hairstyle was so pretty in this episode :D hell, everyone's was. Thank you once again for creating a great addition to the series. I enjoy each and every one of them. Keep up the great work!

The effort you put into the cases is incredible and I love how each and every single one of them can be solved by us (the players) in real time. I real feel like I'm a detective solving murders whenever I play these games and it's a wonderful thing.

Amazing game, love it. :) But I wonder why I wasn't given any notification of the game as I always receive. I'm happy I discovered the game. :D

Again late at the party but still 5/5 and Fav xD (I may have forgot to fav some :s i'll do it then i'll play them again sometime.)
TBH if one day then the all the series have ended (i wish they don't but it'll come to an end eventually) I hope there would be a paid bundle for them. I don't have a lot of money for now but i still buy the game i really like then i can and then they deserve it.

This started from being a non-canon game of the medieval cop but I think that isn't where it landed now. I think this had become a story just a while after the medieval cop series had ended... when everything is a little more peaceful than it was before.

5/5 stars! I am always impressed with these games and the music too! Whenever I see a new one has been released it always makes my day (and ruins Dregg's lol). I love getting to see everyone when they were younger! Academy Dregg is shifting from adorable punk to the drunk we know and love.

You know, I would be both flabbergasted and unsurprised if Tira and Dregg end up together one day. It'd probably never last beyond two dates (the first time). And they'll both deny it until the day one of them gets in mortal danger. But you know? They kinda like each other...
... in a psychopathic murderous neurotic kinda way.
