There are two common explanations for that, he either stole this, and took it from someone else. Or, he has published these games else where, and published them here for the first time, one after the other.

Make water max. Create a static ball at the bottom, and tie your man to it to keep him at the bottom. Create a "surface" with static balls. Delete the ball holding your man down. Create millions of tiny balloons under water. Play around with the vortex/black hole ;)
