scratch that found it, on another note anyone finding that once you manage to make a place such as a habitat center that you can spawn different ships at different planets...weird

Here's a 100% legit way to make lots of money early on in the game. It requires some chance, however:
1. Start out as any race. Any race will do, but I used Earth Empire, though the Ferengi may be a better choice due to larger cargo hold.
2. Run some trade missions until you save up about 10,000 latinum. Save up a little more if you can.
3. Go to one of the universities in Andoria, Vulcan, or Delpi, and purchase 100+ Away Team experience.
4. Go around and claim all the uninhabited planets in the galaxy. Konael, Iconia, Gorn, and Denmark are all good candidates. If you want, you can also colonize Harman and/or Kardon, but only if you have 200+ Nav experience.
5. Sit back and watch the latinum pour in. I got to the Sovereign class within 11-12 warps of colonizing planets.

@TDP420 Beam down on an uninhabited world to claim it, if you have a flag you would claim it in the name of the empire with that flag, if you don't have a flag you claim it for yourself. You can only claim if you have 100+ Away Team Experience. You can get Away Team Experience at Vulcan Universities, you can find Vulcan Universities at Dephi, Andorria or Vulcan.

@syco to take a planet you need to reduce strength to 0 (by destroying all stations and enough fighters) and wait for it to be evacuated

it takes too long to destroy planets. i recruited an army of about 50 gem hadar starships and it still took an hour to take over earth

who ever said resistance was futile? it only took a fleet of 20 jem'hadar warships but i destroyed 5 Borg cubes in vex

galaxy dreadnought (850 hull, 900 shield) in Paso system in far southeast side. DONT STAY IN THAT SYSTEM IF THERE ARE PIRATES! An abandoned human starbase produce them and it is like 1 hit away from being destroyed

There should be a button to automatically select the closest ship for combat. Also, I've got to love shops that offer an item twice for different prices.

love the game but maybe make war a bigger threat? like maybe a group of assassins could show up at a random planet from a world your at war with to try and kill you. perhaps add a mercenary feature to attack enemy ships or somthing like that

@dudeoblox to buy Dueranium quickly hold the d key, it is a lot quicker (so you won't have to sit there for ever clicking it) also works for anti matter even though it just fills up storage, hope this speeds up the building of your empire :)

also @nagetsu u can use thaleron to seriously damage ships or just use it to piss people off since its suppoesed to be illegal

btw could u add like a shift click to get 25 dueranium
otherwise u have to click 900 times to get enough for a dyson sphere

@Jpa1137 No they will randomly sell you stuff I think their options refresh after you leave the system (not too sure never use them myself), but you can buy Trade station plans in Tepos as ericxay ssaid
