Can u even beat the game I mean it has 300000 health and it does max damage my ships are at max but I cant beat the ghost ship!!

a quick way to get some early achievement stars is to buy then sell trade goods and ships in the first port you travel too. There is no penalty from selling back.

Eh, I was having fun with this. I have every upgrade possible. 3 Maxxed out full level warships. And I'm using dynamite triple volleys. I'm throwing hundreds of thousands of gold at the dutchman and just keep coming up short over and over. I don't see what I'm missing.... that or the RnG just needs to heavily favor you to win.

some people will think merchant ships not for battle but i finish all game with just merchant ships :D it if merchant ships that much powerfull i cant imagine war ships soo op an so boring i think i will be realy easy and boring :D You need fix this problems

When you get strong enough and money is no object, it's best to use 3 dynamite hull-aimed shots to sink the entire fleet, because it is really OP and you will get more money than it costs anyway. Great game 5/5 :)

I brought a pirate ship to 1 health and I had 45, he shot me once and I lost, just restarted the game. lost almost 200 gold.

great game love it 4/4 ... note:if you are a trader (not fighting so much and trading too much) use the left line of ships because it uses little WB , but if you are a pirate (fighting so much and not trading much) use right line of ships because it uses many WB ... note 2 : right line is much better so i favorite being a pirate ... note 3 : pirates get more gold and WB than traders and trade is getting boring

Great idea for a game, and I love that it tried to make the shipping significant, but it seemed to me that for much of the game you make money more quickly by capturing ships than by trading, which partly invalidates that whole portion of the game. Also, it is a bit unclear what value the different combat options have until you've played quite a lot. 4/5

if you quit the game in the middle of the back story and go back on you can damage the ghost ship during the fight with it and attack it at anytime

Just thought some people might like to know
Aiming for the hull decreases health
Aiming for crew increases the % when you board
Aiming for sail decreases the AP
