Ending was sorely disappointing. The story was mediocre at best. However, the gameplay was awesome and well done. 5/5!

After taking Panama I got the "I got the best ships equiped.." There is spelling errors at equipped* and I* and dealt*... are these supposed to be there?

Most of this game is spent trying to gain money. It could get boring after a while, but if you keep at it, it is fun.

I seem to have this issue where the pirates ALWAYS attack my bottom-most ship, well not always, but I'd hazard a guess of around 85 - 95% of the time. It's rather frustrating and I'm just wondering if that's the case or I have rotten luck?

So as far as I can gather, "Aim board" means aiming at the hull - it takes out a lot of HP but not much AP. "Aim sail" means just the opposite - takes out a solid amount of AP, but not as much HP. "Aim crew" isn't good at taking out either AP or HP, but it does make it easier to board the ship - it's a good one for your weaker ships to use before your main one tries to board it.

Tips on defeating the Ghost Ship? I've got the final military ship and have all upgrades besides the cargo, as well as fighting the most AP efficient way and using dynamite.

There is a bug where if the ship that was going to shoot dies, you cannot do anything but retreat. Hope yah fix this!

To anyone confused with the trading system, a red arrow down means a town has less of that item meaning they will pay more for it. A green arrow up means a town has an over abundance of a specific item and will sell it for cheaper. Hope this helps! Happy sailing me mateys! :)

Loaded a game where I had the last ship. Was going to a port to trade and the ghost ship from the intro came up and took me into a story battle.

Somebody help please. I can't kill the pirate ship even though I have the best ship, all upgrades, and I used dynamite?

so, leme get this right, he allows the ship to kill his sister so he can avenge her? cool game but i'd like the story more if he like, saved her, and as for boarding, instead of a chance to kill of the crew, why not make it similair to the ships fighting? have three pirates fight three marines with cutlasses and guns and stuff

My only recommendation (doubt you could put it in now, but for any future games you make) would be to make the end battle a LITTLE less anticlimactic. You don't even have to do anything to the battle itself; just a sort cinema or something besides the "I beat the boss!" text and the menu...everything else in this game is so nicely thought out that I can't help but feel that the ending is out of place and boring. Otherwise, I had a blast.

The way that you have to drag the ship tree is a little weird, maybe add a scroll bar, also on the map panama says the gunpowder prices are good and bad, not sure if it's suppose to be like that or not. also there is a VERY big gap in difficulty between the 3rd and 4th town.

Wow isn't this ultra boring, it takes so long to get some cash. The only thing you can do is fight a boat, move cargo and conquer a city by killing a few boats.

There is this one time in the game , like after the third town, where it gets really hard, because suddendly all the towns ships are ridiculisly better than the previous ones, so you have to farm alot.

before you take care of the flying dutchman, make sure you have a spare budget of around 200000, so you are able to buy the 3x damage modifier bonus for all shots

Really? For the 3rd time I have lost because of the game forcing me to give away every turn to the enemy until I lose.

AP is dependent on your SAIL health. If that goes down too much, your max AP will be lowered below 15, which means that ship is useless. Good to do on enemy ships to disable them. Same goes for crew.

Just a slog. You have the start of a good game, but it was very predictable. I knew a long time before the end that I would be getting three ships of the Line fully upgraded and a stack of cash to beat that thing.
