Using accumulators and reservoirs are generally wasted resources. You don't actually need either of them, only the basic storage. The help screen explains complex builds which you will require for efficient layout. Test many complex configurations to see what styles you prefer.

You don't connect the windmills to storage, they have their own battery they need to be connected to that uses steel. Try the Accumulator just before the windmill and wire, works like storage but ONLY works for energy.

Make sure your browser history is not set to delete every time it closes. The game is stored in your history. You may also manually save the game file also in a notepad or word type document.

how to get unlimited energy: 1 coal quarry, 4 coal burners surrounding it, and an accumulator, along with some cables
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I dont get the point of the energy emitter. The accumulator already transports energy for you but has no restrictions except for the price rapidly goes up the more of them you have.

Here's a little tip I had no f-ing clue about: You can click on the factories to level them up. It doesn't say anywhere that you can level them up. I JUST noticed it this morning so yeah. Hope it helped a bit at least.

why can't building that generate power, pass the power on to adjacent building that need it? Why do I need to run cable to every building? Not very rewarding for innovative building schemes.

I think this game should be put on steam. You would be able to make some money from it. I like it, just hate the way it saves.

97.65 million logs and stone from forgetting about the game after setting up basics and i still feel i don't have enough to upgrade my basic stuff enough to make the high end things... (._.) -sigh-

I love the game, but I want to suggest that there is a pipe/fluid equivalent of the underground passage and energy emitter. After all there are three basic types of transports: road for good transporting, cable for energy transporting, and pipes for fluid transporting, but only two of those have upgraded versions.

since the price multiplier is 2.5, the sum of the payments [for base cost x] is x+x*2.5+x*2.5^2......x*2.5^level factoring x, x*(1+2.5+2.5^2...), sum of a^n for n ranging from 0 to (m-1) is ((a^m)-1)/(a-1), so the price up to level (m-1) is (2.5^m -1)/(1.5)=(2.5^m -1)*2/3, as the level gets bigger the -1 doesnt matter, and so the price of 2 objects up to level (m-1) is 2*[(2.5^m)*2/3], on object up to level m is (the same effectiveness) at (2.5^m)*2.5*2/3) which is 5/4 the price. that is the difference, you pay an extra 1/4 to merge buildings each time.

@balkaroth, much more expensive than it needs to be, the land is worth building the complicated things. and fun. to this day i cannot buy lvl 10 of anything that needs glass. im too stretched out

well, my plastic refinery (lvl 2) has a lvl 3 coal burner attatched to a lvl 7 coal producer (which is feeding both the burner and the plastic maker, funny how that lines up? a coal burner to feed plastic plant's power needs identical coal) and the oil rigs are powered by burners which get coal from makers that are powered by burners, and i have another burner to power the coal that feeds those burners and a wind generator for the coal maker for that..... a long chain, but i make 2 plastic per tick and no teleporting mechanisms [even the accumulators, i dont have any] except the box that accepts the plastic. does this count as winning?

Wow.. while you were updating the numbers suddenly stopped going up. I'm fine because I was awake but I feel bad for those who went idle..

You must have "clear browser history on exit" checked in internet options. This game saves on your system, not Kongs. You can manually save and load a game in options as well.

I personally dont use any coal burners. They cost 4 resources to produce one energy with an infinite upkeep cost of coal. I do use solar which is basically twice as inefficient initial cost but no upkeep cost. Really the only thing that matters is that you enjoy your method of play.
