@lolpas - no, this map would never pose a real difficulty - why? Because the first thing every one smart does, is to get to the enemies flag to destroy his starting gold (5x income!) ; then you just build lvl 1 shrooms on his territory while keeping lvl 3 shrooms every second tile of browns. That's it, win in 3 rounds. Try adding some random tiles to reduce starting money (at least at the players side), so that yo ucan't get to the flag in first round, and then...maybe...

nice game, but the ramp of difficulty is to high, for example, i played the last had level on passable and won easily, but then i took it up one level of difficulty and instantly i was beig overwhemed in a matter of turns, please make the change slower, ty.

As there is no way to edit comments, I have no way but to add next: Please, above all, do something with AI players, regarding raiders! The AI's tactic against Human player is excellent, but the same tactic against raider gives disastrous outcome, as they lose in a matter of few rounds - little hint: if AI spots raiders, "order" them to protect the area with wall of weak shrooms ( I use this tactic and it is good against raiders - at least until I gather enough funds to buy lvl 3 shrooms and smite them). That's it. Sincerely, Thasar

PART 2:
- water units - e.g. lily pads that would carry one shroom at a time and swim through water at a speed of 2. Lily pad would cost 15 gold and would be destroyed by stomping on it with lvl 2 shroom. To load/unload, lily pad must land.
- improved towers - if shroom stacking is possible, why not stack towers? Towers might become bigger/stronger to prevent lvl 3 shrooms from entering their lands - then, only lvl 4 shroom would capture them.
- capturing - if a unit 2 lvls higher enters the terrain owned by a building, let it be captured. Also, let shroom enter the tiles where towers are.
I know it's pretty much, but hey, it's up to You, Developer, which options to choose and use.
sincerely,
Thasar

PART 1:
Allright, I've been playing this game, like, insanely long now - made a couple of maps on my own, made all basic camapign maps as well as almost ALL players' maps on Cheating difficulty, and I've noticed a couple of things that You, dear Developer, might consider useful to improve - that is, if You think of sequel:
- selling towers and units - when not needed, let us sell useless pieces for, let's say, 5 gold per unit (so it goes like 5/10/15/20) , and 5 gold per tower.
- larger maps! Little maps are good, but if someone wants to unlock the full potential of General shrooms, it usually ends up with one or - max - before the game is over; why not making bigger, scrollable maps?
- overwater counstructions - bridges costing 20 gold and being since then neutral buildings with territory over them, that can be captured. Bridges would be possible to sell for 10 gold.

Awesome game!!! but it should have badges like for 30 troops built in a battle (not custom), or beating all easy medium or hard level on a certain difficulty setting...stuff like that keep the comment alive!!

Excellent game! 5/5 and favorited. The AI is powerful, and the graphics fine, but the instructions were slightly unclear.

A fun little game, but it's an almost mirror image of an old windows game called Slay

A great game, but the original is better.

awesome game, I don't understand how can it have a 3.5 only, it will be my first favourited game since I lost my whole day yesterday playing it
by the way, first 3 levels are ok to learn, but it is impossible to lose playing them since they don't build warriors higher than lvl 1 xD, it is a bit useless

For a flash version of Sean O'Connor's Slay, this is actually reasonable, but it offers little beyond fewer maps and slightly spankier graphics... which one would hope, a decade or so later. The in-game badges are a decent reminder of which difficulty a board was completed on, but without any kind of unlocks or upgrades, become meaningless beyond the cosmetic. 3/5

In one round, the undeath mushrooms made it to cover the whole map.
I and the last opponent had only one tower and the main flag, so the undeath guys couldn't erase us, but also we couldn't do anything^^

I'm still trying to understand why sometimes I can move to spaces and sometimes I can't, especially with level 1 soldiers. But I like the game so far.

I guess this game is popular; newest maps keep disappearing! Should delete lowest ranked & unranked maps when mem full; not the newest maps. Those are fun.

This game has the exact same concept as "Divide and Destroy" except it's less fun than it. I don't know who stole who's idea though...
