How to kill the manager at practice: get a P-90 and get very close to him
then shoot him he will shoot back but will miss you

if eny of you want to know how to get the gatling gun spawner in practise use the auto 12 on the chaier while jumping to avaid his vulcan cannon if you do it right you will kill him and a spawner for hte ammo will appear
