This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. SWAT#2: Don't be stupid. This is restricted area, only VIP's and SWAT members can come here. He's here, and he's not wearing a SWAT uniform, so he must be a VIP. Let him wander around as he pleases.
