The reason why the hippies won't die for some people is because there is a glitch. If you kill the hippies before you get that specific objective, it messes up. I've tested it a few times and so far that appears to be the case. +this so others can see and not get gitched.

I know it's just a video game, but... A suicide bomber with a rocket launcher? And the objective is to kill as many innocent people as you can? Seriously? How did this get so highly rated?

Sorry, i don`t get level #9. The Hippies Quest doesn´t work right now. I "met" them, it means i fly onto the top of the right hill, the i shoot the rocket, then i hit them all...
No accomplishing..... hmmm so 3/5

omg i shot my rocket strait up untill the fule ran out and it fell to earth hit 2 passing planes both went to the city destroying every thing there

the far right of the map where there's a big wall, if you shoot the rocket and go above the wall, thats where the hippies are. + to keep this comment alive
