You can't kill Kiro cause he's too fast
You can free Shorty by shooting the rope above her but...
she will die and the mission will fail
What you need to do is shoot the rope exactly when Kiro runs under her to kill him

and in that sniper one if u get five and then shoot the innocent guy and you hit retry the five snipers are still dead when u shoot the sixth it stays in that screen hella gay

its 6 snipers you need to take out. the last one is behind a window on the Bottom right side! had to look at walktrough cus it realy looks like a glitch xD

Yeah this game does have some bugs I didn't run into any until I had to take out the elite snipers for the gray gang once I shot the four in the windows and used the pistol on the one on the ground it wont let me leave the window and I don't see any more snipers.

Zoid: There is a fifth hidden behind a window. Found him by accident. Its on the right building, and I think the closest one. I actually broke the window the the finger cursor and not the gun. Then there he was.

1 - All Weapons = weal
2 - Infinity of Ammo = amin
3 - Invincible = lein
4 - Access to Every Area = enter "aeac" in password section, and after that press "m" when you play
5 - Random Costume = cone
6 - Sexy Shorty = shna
7 - Rapid Fire = fira
8 - More Stability When you Shoot = stmo
9 - More Cash = camo
10 - Skip Shooting at Intro = press "i"

That's not a glitch, Phrantic. You kill him by shooting the rope Shorty is on right when he runs under it, killing him.

Ways to avoid glitches: DOn't click on the computer twice in the plaza, dont use the sniper rifle you buy in the shop,kill thee 6 mafia snipers in one try.

I find when you are trying to knock someone off, it's more of a guessing game than anything. More info about targets would be good.
