Found a bug. Whenever you find the message on the computer in the plaza in the third area, it gives yo a new objective. Click it again it just shows vinnie and i had to reload the page.

Drasern, dont save it and you can go on, and to beat kiro, shoot the rope attached to shorty right when he runs under her, she will fall on top of him.

If you cant pass the sniper part its easy (not really) i figured it out in about 20 minutes. Look at the biulding thtas in the up right corner and the window that is down left youll see a shadow thats him kill the bastard!!! =)

i know a way to get infinite cash, not with cheats, get to the point, where the second city unlocks, and u are given an objective to stop the transaction, after u kill the man near helicopter, u save the game and u are at the same point, and the guy is alive, u can try your aim with sniper or whatever u want, he will always respawn. Have fun with this bug
