Solid 4 star effort, but it's just a tutorial with no actual gameplay. It's astoundingly easy. Can't wait for the real thing.

This is truely something I would play forever...FOREVER. It makes me want to play the real game, but not pay any money for it....I'd also like to see a survival mode for this too! :D Maybe some maps that are made for survival?

is it supposed to take me ~60 weapons of all kinds and 40 minutes at max speed to take down that thing at the bottom of level 5? or is it just that i failed to notice the *bleep*ing holocube and if i collected it first the level would have ended much sooner?

The top-down mechanic isn't as engaging as the original concept. What's missing I think is the lack of depth in this version... I see an isometric view in CW3's future. Sort of like Sim City, but with creeper.

@ people who complain that this is a demo. Yes. It's a demo. But it shows off all the mechanics of the full game, they are different levels to the full game, you can play these demo levels as many times as you like, and it doesn't shove it in your face that it is a demo with a million BUY THE FULL VERSION NOW buttons. He keeps bringing out new FREE level packs for both games on Kongregate (well, after the last CW1 level pack on here we won't need more). I'm glad to finally see some more CW2 levels :D

and this game needs just one more thing for the ore thing.... if they can even go into different dimensions, i just ask for a device that can transform loads of energy into a bit of ore. the same output as a not upgraded ore mine but takes about 5 energy. it should also be quiet expensive

deatchcommander is right, if i would make a ship to defend myself... why not put weapons on? i mean the creeper just eats trough the armour and still the crew dies...

Low rating. I enjoy Creeper World games, but this one is entirely too short. It's a gimmick to get people to buy the full version, not a standalone game.

Cyanide: The repulsors are useful in the first bit of the mission to pummel that creeper, but I agree are useless later on. also makers in level 5 help a lot as there is a lot of ore to mine.

Compared to the original, this pales. :/ 1 star for what feels like a major step backwards in gameplay mechanics. Also, some of the "story" elements are so bad and long I thought I was in a crappy JRPG.

Level 5 = hammer it with EVERYTHING, i had a line of launchers running from wall to wall. And something like 80 reactors. It's really not obvious, all the repulsors seem to do is make it difficult.

level 5?
deal with the first two chambers by placing one shield in each quickly, then building a mortar+2-3 blasters later on.
deal with the stuff at the bottom with lots of mortars (launchers) and a few blasters.

how do you complete lvl 5? seriously those solid creepers kill me every time, how do i get the nuke in there to kill the last one?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Am I the only one that got +50 energy (SPAMMAGE!) then covered everything NOT a wall in blasters? Then destroyed a few, then painted the world white? 2 hours later, I can claim that level is my bitch right? :D

AHHH!!! QUIT MAKING NEW CREEPER WORLDS ALREADY!!!! Every time theres a new creeper world i end up not seeing daylight for 3 days...... its so addicting 0_o

Double Clicking on a Weapon Unit, causes you to automatically select all the similar units in the Weapon's Firing Range for quick movement - Rate to keep at the top please...

Wow. I have never seen so many different possible styles of play from such a simple engine. 5/5. I'd buy the full thing if I had a credit card.

That last mission was the most intense battle against the blue menace I've ever had. Those emitters were INSANE and without the conversion bombs I never would've made it. If you can promise me more of that, I'm getting the full version.

Got bored towards the end of 'accident' so before going into the drone filled chamber I built up a highly pressurised chamber full of 6.2 million density anti-creeper.

I must say, I really liked creeper world when it first came out, last one creeper world - evermore somehow didn't amaze me, I stopped playing after like 4 missions. But this one got me, really great job 5/5
