@funkytown69 If you plan to finish FAST there's not enough time to get as much profit from it as from the cost upgrade. If all you build is only 9 collectors then there are many reasons why the cost upgrade is better. Your collectors are built faster, since they only need 9 packets. They start producing energy that much earlier. All build packets travel short distances anyway and you use all your energy asap to build energy production, so the seeming lack of continuous advantage does not exist. The 10% energy upgrade only allows you to build that fast if you already do produce more energy. At start you need fast and cheap building. The 10% build cost uprgrade might be even better than the 20% build speed upgrade. It depends how many collectors do you need and also the layout of your network. The 20% speed might be better if you have nothing else to build but a long chain and for some reason can't move the city closer.

6/30 - 3:41 RFI. MOC. 1 mortar, 9 collectors, 2 relays. http://imgur.com/a/y03pU attack south only. Mortar after only 2 collectors, then immediately fly to bombing run to the last collector's planned destination. StCreed, thanks for the challenge and for your acknowledgement :)

6/30 - 5:41 with 2 mortars, 10 collectors and 2 relays. Would have been faster if that last position I needed had cleared faster. A blaster would have helped I think.
4:29 is very fast. I'll bow to that :)

6/29 - CLOCK UNLOCK CHALLENGE - NO drones, NO reactors, ONLY ONE BLASTER. NO new blaster until you win, even if it's destroyed! Only 1 mortar until 11:00 and NO replacement if it's destroyed. After 11:00 any number of mortars. LOCATION UNLOCK TIMES: Until 2:00 you may build only at the ground level at the city's starting position. Starting from 2 minutes you may build ONLY 1 LEVEL HIGHER than the city's starting location and on areas as high as at the starting level of the city. Move weapons to any level BUT build them on a level allowed for building. CITY MOVEMENT UNLOCK TIME: At 4:00 is the first time you may move the city just once, to a level where you may build. You may move it the second time ONLY WHEN you need only ONE LAST building to win. That ONE LAST BUILDING is the ONLY thing you may build on the highest level. This second move of the city may be to anywhere. TIMING RECAP: 2:00 one level up unlocked for building, 4:00 city may move once, 11:00 more mortars allowed.

Still playing this in 2017. I played all of them. Creeper world 3 :Arc ethernal and this one really are my favorite because they're the ones who makes you think the more.

I use Firefox with NoScript and the only script domains I need to allow to play are kongregate.com, konggames.com, and kongcdn.com.

There's a Unity3D script running on the page, but it doesn't seem to be playing any active part in anything. I just blocked it and reloaded the page, and everything is exactly the same.

I don't have unity and I play only CW:E. I don't play anything else anywhere else.
I play this usually daily, sometimes more than once (a bit of an understatement).
And it works. So... It doesn't need unity on firefox.
