I decided to count all mah reactors, speeds and storage buildings, I got it to 99 reactors, 160 storage and 51 speed buildings :)
I should really destroy some mortars and blaster to build moar! :D

@peterzli3: Reactors are a way to generate energy if you do not have enough open space for collectors. They a more expensive to build and do not mesh as nicely as the collectors do; so you cannot daisy chain them.

So i completely destroyed the creeper in a mission and decided to build as many storage units, speed upgrades, and reactors as i could fit on the map because I wanted to see how much energy i could generate and how fast the packets would move. This was a horrible mistake. Once you reach 60 minutes, the Creeper decides it's time to destroy your way of life and flood the entire map at maximum depth. Don't make the same mistake as me...

So why must we leave when we are the closest to destroying the Creeper?
I HAVE COME SO FAR AND LOST SO MUCH!
But yet we leave!

I thought this game was going to have exploding green people =(
But on a serious note, the tutorial is lacking. It doesn't explain much, and it gives you a super base. It's sort of a surprise to start an actual game, and wonder why everything is building so slow and the creep is about to take over your base when you have barely started your defences.

Okee, DISABLE the automatic survival mode. I went through the trouble of going through and taking control of each creeper generator. As soon as I got the last one covered with 2 blasters, I see SURVIVAL MODE show up on my screen, and then the creeper goes wild. Was 5/5 before that happened. Now 3/5.

"Captian!" "what?" "we have the creeper totally controlled and the city is safe with an endless supply of energy." "WERE LEAVING!!!!!!!"......i love logic._______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
I'm pretty sure someone made a very similar comment when Training Sim came out

Keep an eye out! The first Creeper World 2 - based flash game will launch tomorrow. The dev already posted about it on his website.

i nearly finish killing the creeper and i accidently click "survival mode" and FWOOOOOOOOOOM!!! my entire base gone in 15 seconds...

Set up an invincible base against survival. I can't get to the nodes, but I will survive forever! Yay. Okay, next please.

Shoud have armored units with a certain amount of life to combat the creeper like Soldiers,Tanks....so them could advance the path against the creeper....(thubs u lolz)

to "beat" the survival mode, don't be to hungry. stay back where the creeper layer is shallower. create a line of mortars with a line of blasters behind them. the blasters will keep the creepers away from the mortars and the mortars will reach the more concentrated layers. don't send more than one drone to a single point; it's useless. move the city closer to the lines to speed the packets delivery. upgrade the reach when possible but not the fire rate. don't pack the lines too tightly or you will starve; the city has a limited output.

you should be able to build a transformer of some sot, so that when you get too much energy for your city to give out, the energy will be dispersed out from another location (like the solar stations in space game)

Getting tired of all the people complaining about automatic survival mode. It takes AN HOUR for that to kick in, and you can still win after it starts. If you were fighting a real creeper, it'd probably start sending out more minions after a while. And seriously, if you don't have that creeper securely pinned to the wall within an hours time, you're doing something horribly, horribly, wrong. Rethink what you're doing, obviously your strategy isn't a good one.

why does it end if you get all the totems on survival mode? arent you supposed to last as long as you can and it never ends on survival?
