why escape when you have the means to keep the creeper right where it is spawning? i mean, we cant learn what it isn't immune to if we keep running away from this organic destroying opponent...

wat i didnt like (the rest of this game was awesome) was after fully fortifyings city, expanding and making everything all economic, u hav 2 leave it all behind

You:sir we have destroyed all the creep and colonized the whole planet. caption: good job soldier get ready to escape the creep. you: but sir..... the creep is gone. caption: I SAID ESCAPE!!!!!!

ima make this short and sweet. A strategy for the bowl is immediantly build straigh forward with collectors until one is on the same level as the drone tech. Start building left and right with collectors, when you get to the areas where the creeper builds up, build two mortars. Finally, build a mortar infront of the first collector you built on the level as the drone tech. This will hold the line while you build alot of power stations to prepare for your next push. You're on your own noble...

i have killed the creep back into nothing and yet i must leave it all behind and flee.... WHYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!! WHHYYYYY GOOOOODDDD!!!!!!

The bowl is sooooooooooooo much easier if you realise you can move the city (I hadn't actually managed to win until I read a comment saying you can move it, after that, it was fairly easy).

i would like to point out a mistake i was making which was stopping me from beating the 1st real level you play on your own. my energy depletion was higher than my energy generation so i hardly had any energy for my weapons which meant they kept constantly running of ammo. the point im trying to get across is MAKE SURE YOUR ENERGY GENERATION IS HIGHER THAN YOUR ENERGY DEPLETION.

To all those that are wondering, when fighting the creeper, it is possible to get one blaster to safely tame an entire emitter, so you can safely block all in the level and sit there, eternally, but no, you have to fly away, and repeat the process again, and again. Many people have questioned this, but after finishing the full version, I know that the creeper is actually a "degenerated race", the creeper is alive, and it thinks, and learns, so if you sat in one place for a long time, in any real life situation, the creeper would get stronger, and would focus all of it's strength on you, until you practically have a liquid mass of spores on top of creeper to strong to cap with mortars, even if you could make up enough energy to do that. Good luck there.

I liked the game, but after overcoming the initial creep charge, there really wasn't much to any of the levels. A single blaster is enough to overcome a creep spawn point, ultimately, so a few well placed blasters (and SAMs, if needed) are enough to stop the creep in its tracks. Once you reach that point it's just a matter of flooding the area with collectors and/or reactors then you've got more than enough power for upgrades/units. I never once had to give way to the creep or even think about what I was doing. Build a collector, leapfrog my blaster forward, leapfrog his partner forward, repeat. Things like mortars made the attack easier but weren't really even necessary. The drones' continual requirement for retargeting was not fun. Perhaps a single target selection then they remember it until you change it? Again, I enjoyed it, but it could have been better.

Usefull tips: Pay attention to your energy levels to know when to push and when to give ground to the creep. Also, to push safely, it is good to build your towers inside your safe zone, fully charge them and then move then to the border to gain ground (they'll quickly recede the creeper that way). Oh yeah, 1 blaster can keep a whole creeper node inert after you clean around it (I sometimes leave 2 just for safety).

While I agree with the top rated comments, whiteboardwar has one complaint from me: the descriptions of the units. At least try to use your fringe science terms in a way that's remotely close to what they actually mean/do.

This game should get an endurance badge... because it is more time consuming than hard, rate up so kongregate can make this happen.

The people with 10000 score had to hacked the game because thats a perfect score of getting with playing the game with 0 seconds.... No way someone can legitly play this game and get a score like that -_-

To beat the last level you move your base right next to the tech upgrade, then span out collectors over that top level and make 3 or 4 mortars to make sure that the creepers don't overrun you base. and then it is pretty easy from there

I found a funny glitch! It makes you win the level! the first thing you do it put the city on where the creepers come, AND WATCH THE FUNNINESS + if you like it ( I am not held accountable if the human race was destroyed that may happen, if it does try again)

LAST LEVEL TIPS!!!!!---> this level stumped me at first, but its pretty easy once you get the initial defense up. First make a line of collectors straight up towards the tech upgrade. once you have a collector on the topmost ridge, branch off collectors to the sides along the ridge. When you have 9 in total on the top ridge (one in middle, 4 on each side) build a mortar on both sides. This will prevent the creep from advancing over the ridge. Build a single SAM turret in the middle of the top ridge, and then fill every single inch of your side of the "bowl" with collectors, and build more sam sites around. Its pretty simple from there. Use relays to cross the gap in the middle, and start inching your way towards the totems with blasters. Reactors are a must, and drones arent necessary, but they certainly help keeping back the creep when trying to advance. (had a total of 30 reactors and 10 drones) Sorry for such a long post, but please + this to keep it alive

Tips for last level: Build up a basic defence around the 'moat' to stop the creeper flooding you. Then fill the area that you control with collectors. Then bridge to the other side (there should be a gap) Before you can actually 'cap' the creepers though, you will need some Drones, else they come too fast. Get 1/2 drones and use them on the same creeper, a few seconds after one another. This should give you enough time to build your way up and 'cap' the creeper.
+ so people don't rate down because they think it's "Impossible"

Starvation - doesn't really do much unless you actually have some people to starve..
Pity you don't get the final weapon in this one...

brilliant game...:) ,good job developer... :D,wold be nice if in the next chapter the creep will return ,Creeper World 2 returns=D

Man they must have some good technology if all they need to build stuff is pure energy. Wait... why don't they just make the rifts out of energy?
