I got addicted, it's annoying sometimes but simple enough to figure out. As long as you get a decent defense up you win the map as long as you're patient. :)

Pretty easy game once you start using the flight abilities of your guns. Just time consuming is all. 3/5 for gameplay, 4/5 for concept.

VERY challenging game, however, the difficulty isn't meaningless, and it never gets to be overwhelming. Takes a lot of thinking and strategy, and its a beautiful twist on the tower defense (or should I say offense) genre. Exactly what a flash game should be. 5/5, wish I could go higher.

cells can be beat by MOVING the city next to the middle trench (it is the slowest to come out. get the mortar and start building one on each of the dividers , between the cells. the creeper will be coming out of the cells by now so have at least 2 blasters on each side of your city. when the mortars come online you will see the goo stop in about 30 seconds. finaly put blasters in each of the cells, by the "spouts" and the map is yours to do with as you please. (ps i recommend turning the bottom half of the map into an energy powerhouse[pps 5/5, fav]

when i play this game i think so fun but i dont have the time to sit down and play it hense forth it needs a speed button

i beat cells easily, don't know why you all think it's so hard. bowl is hard, but once you finally get the right strategy, you can do it.

@1234...ew - in the space game it takes place in .... SPACE, here its on planets, ok so its different but still similar, you got energy from solar panels that you could place anywhere, and here you can place the energy things anywhere, SG had swarming enemies, ooze swarms you here, im not seeing the TON of differences that you seem to think are there. the first few levels are rather easy, then the last gets insanely difficult. but since its just a demo, i guess i can forgive that, since if it was that simple throughout the game no one would buy the full version. i like the game overall. 5/5

I love this game, but the last training mission's difficulty curve really ramps up. I can't manage to get any sort of infrastructure going by the time the ooze is pouring over the cliff down into my base. The drone bases certainly don't build that fast. Mabey I've just not found the right strategy, though. And, once you DO get the creep pinned back to its hole, its super easy to hold it there. Just a comment. Its pinning it back that's the hard part!

@Tathar, they do have a similar feel, but they're different enough.
-------------------
Personally, this game fails for one reason. Game-play becomes boring and tedious after surviving first contact with the enemy. There's just not any more challenge to it after that. All good RTS games solve that problem somehow, and this one doesn't.

Not particularly hard to beat. I only had trouble getting started in The Bowl, but once you get into a state of equilibrium with the creeper (ie. they aren't spreading anymore) it's only a matter of getting through the map as quickly as possible for a higher score. 5/5 for simple, fun gameplay.

No problems whatsoever with the first levels...can not beat The Bowl. I just dont have enough time before everything takes over...any tips?

When they introduced the speed/battery... I filled the entire map with them....
When they introduced the REACTOR
I filled the entire map, no space wasted with all reactors, about 20 speed, and 10 batteries...
and I put SAMS to cover the top edge of map.

this isn;t like the space game at all, one the setting, and two hello completely different enemies, then theres also the fact that these guys can get energy anywhere, whereas the miners in space game can only get it from rocks.
The only reason you guys say it's a lot like the space game, is because of a network.... one similarity vs a ton of differences

you know whiteboardwar this game is politically incorrect and racist against all of the "creeper kids" out there and because of that if you do not change the title of this game i will file racism against you in the name of law

Meh, good game, but on the level "Action," when I build about 4 weapons, the game shuts off, and sometimes I even have to shut down my computer. Any Suggestions?

why has everyone so much trouble with the last level. It's easy. And yes, I didn't know that you could relocate Odin City, and I forgot about the drone bombers too.

It's hard if you don't understand how everything works together... once your base is well established, it's easy as crap. It's a good game, I'd like to play a few more levels, but I don't think it would entertain me enough to make it through the FULL version. 5/5

BakaRAnge..it would help if you told us what the bug was....
Anyway, really great game...I'd pay for the full version if I was a little less paranoid, and had the money..but, I hate how you have to pay for the full version...but hey, I would do the same thing if I was in their place.
@Leafblower, This "Demo" right here, is long enough to be a game right here on Kongregate, even though it's apparently just a trial.., and if it's a good game, why would you not wan't to pay or the full version? You might as well say the same thing about WoW, when you play the trial.."OH WHAT? YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE GAME? WHAT A RIP OFF, EVEN THOUGH IT'S A SUPER GOOD GAME." JK, somewhat.
Yes, I know this comment is super long, but oh well

In Cells map, just make lines from collectors to each entrance right away and build mortar in front of each entrance, 1 mortar is enough to keep the creep in control, then secure good energy suply, but dont over build, after this dig a way trough the central creep to the creep portal with 3 blasters, after this do the same for other creep pools, once you clear the creep pool you no longer need to hold the mortar at the entrance of that creep pool.

way too easy :\ stopping the creep flow was like walk in the park and anhilating it totaly was way too easy, seriously 1 turret is enough to stop it once you get to the creep portal?
