you should also have a countdown timer to when the creeper world sends the emiitters that land and cause differe4nt size pools of creeper, and a final countdown timer to when the planet shall be consumed so there is a reason to leave, when the timer ends creeper pools in from each side with unending spore

I'd love to be able to see the creeper slowly take over after I win the mission. I always thought it'd be interesting to see it destroy everything, without Odin City powering the defences.

You know, I have to wonder... Once you've laid down a working network and have each Creep emitter pinned down so that they're no threat... Why do you flee?

I love this game, which is why it's sad I have to restart everytime I log on to kongregate. I'm using chrome 14.08 and my game is not saved... :(:(

theres always the factor that in some maps its raw power where as in some the place is just flat
oh nad storage>speed
burst-building after a massvie airstrike is key to wining (at least for me) where you can just build a entire place in with goods
oh and speed is overated there is a limit to how much your city can produce

Supposedly the citizens of Odin are living peacefully until the creeper finds them and the creeper spores spawn (then they run to a new area). My question is this: why don't they build their network beforehand so that the portal is ready to go?

Any tips on virus i get 2 thirds of the way through battling the yellow creeper and i had to deal with the three virus injectors PLUS 2 stupid creepers spawn spots which i couldn't even damage then BAAM it struck out and i lost all the work i did in about 5 seconds... i had successfully blocked off 2 virus injectors and one of the creeper spawns was inactive (though my mortars kept firing at it anyway) and i went in a clockwise direction mainly coz it was easier that way.

@Elfsiege - if you don't like to leave, download and play the CW2 demo from knucklecracker.com. Then you can get to wipe out the Creeper emitters and leave *after* you win... :)

You can't leave the page without it losing the missions you have completed. That needs to be fixed, great game, but horrible that you have to restart from the beginning if you dont want to sit donw and finish it in a day

Just a tip for map 12: anywhere u set up one SAM, set a 2nd one. Too many times now they throw 4 spores at my 1 SAM... that can only store 2 shots. Still going... this is an hour long map at least >:3

Commander: "Finally we get to leave this creeper infested area!" *Rift activates, sucks city in. The city reappears in a larger creeper infested area* Commander: "Aww c'mon!" :D

I think when they move into new worlds they should leave a city behind them... powering the network and rebuilding the human empire :)

I love watching my network die out, thinking of those poor families that keep those stations operational, about to be swarmed by aliens while I escape.

And I agree that storage isnt too useful, but speed is awesome. getting a ton of speed and a ton of reactors means nigh infinite ammo in your weapons and insta-build of everything else. :O

Early missions were kinda easy. Mission 8 was fun (i almost lost D:).
Havent played through all the maps yet, but 9 and 10 are fun. I always look like im gonna lose... just takes some time to set up a win.
